• Engage with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, products, and company policies • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing excellent service • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the construction industry
• Organize and maintain digital files for construction projects • Upload, download, and transfer files as needed • Create and manage project folders for easy access and retrieval • Ensure all files are accurately labeled and stored in the appropriate folders • Collaborate with team members to ensure all project files are up to date and accessible • Assist with document scanning and digitization as needed • Maintain confidentiality and security of all project files • Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed
