Role Description ROSE is looking for a driven Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller who enjoys building new relationships with the top-notch leadership of growing companies. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing, recording, and reconciling financial transactions including the review of accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings, and cash receipts. - Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing process, including the supervision of collections, and the review of fixed assets, sales and use taxes, personal property taxes, and franchise taxes. - Preparing day-to-day and month-end close entries including payroll administration, fringe, investment allocations, and grant allocations. - Developing and maintaining an understanding of the accounting operations within each assigned client. - Obtaining a working knowledge of the client's accounting software packages.
