• Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery • Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing • Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions • Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile • Create and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy) • Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system • Design and produce print materials (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams • Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints • Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

• Operate and continuously improve the security enterprise platforms through effective controls, detections, monitoring, and incident response. • Configure and manage IAM, access controls, and contextual access policies in line with least-privilege principles and secure access standards. • Manage and maintain the company’s MDM/EDR capabilities, ensuring endpoint visibility, policy coverage, timely updates, and organization-wide adoption. • Review new tools, workflows, and third-party integrations, including SaaS, AI tools, MCPs, and plugins—and provide practical security guidance to reduce operational risk while enabling the business. • Drive and improve the company’s security awareness program, helping users operate safely through practical guidance and support. • Monitor emerging attacks, vulnerabilities, and threat actor tradecraft, and turn that knowledge into practical defensive improvements across the company. • Apply adversarial thinking and practical threat modeling to identify realistic attack paths and improve operational resilience across user workflows, enterprise tooling, and internal systems. • Help define and improve security policies, standards, best practices, and configuration baselines for internal systems and business tooling.

• Co-design financial products and value propositions together with the Product Lead, ensuring products are competitive, investable, and structurally sound. • Translate partner capabilities and protocol mechanics into products that distribution partners want to offer and institutional investors want to buy. • Contribute from the earliest stage of discovery and help shape product direction from both a market and risk perspective. • Assess any financial, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk across on-chain and off-chain components. • Stress test yield strategies and evaluate vulnerabilities such as bundled leverage, incentive heavy emissions, and denominator mismatches. • Model downside scenarios and assess what happens under stress, including protocol exploits, liquidity crises, and partner failures. • Help define where vault capital should be deployed across protocols and partners. • Set allocation parameters, monitor performance against expectations, and flag when outcomes drift from the intended assumptions. • Evaluate product structures through a financial and strategic lens, not only through performance. • Assess protocols and partners through a financial risk lens as part of the broader partner quality framework. • Evaluate not just whether something looks attractive as an investment, but whether a durable product can be built on top of it. • Build risk assessment frameworks, financial models, evaluation criteria, and monitoring dashboards from scratch. • Create a structure where there is none and help define how this new function should operate. • Support the development of decision frameworks that guide product and partner evaluation over time.

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Review invoices for proper approval and supporting documentation • Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts • Prepare and execute payment runs • Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to general ledger • Support month end and year end closing processes • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls • Assist with audit requests and provide required documentation • Continuously improve AP processes and documentation
