• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games, and wearables • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style • Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups • Collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues • Create and organize production assets and resize for different devices • Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event materials

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Coach team members in Agile frameworks • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur • Help teams implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the website • work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation • define how the application looks as well as how it works • develop new user-facing features • build reusable code and libraries for future use • ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs • optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability • assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end • collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
