• Provide personalised support to VIP players in English and French across multiple communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email • Build relationships with high-value customers by providing exceptional customer service • Building up the VIP portfolio from potential VIP players, into VIP players within the Canadian markets • Make outbound calls to potential VIP and VIP players with weekly engagement targets • Manage daily tasks, including inbound email replies, customer birthdays, withdrawals, and Source of Funds requests • Planning and execution of VIP events and experiences • Collaborate with internal teams (VIP, Compliance, Payments, CRM, Operations/CS) to ensure smooth resolution of complex issues • Analyse player behaviour and trends to produce insights and strategic reports • Act as a brand ambassador upholding Rhino Entertainment’s values and delivering top-tier service with a player-first mindset • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, balancing customer care with responsible gambling practices • Manage ad hoc tasks and reporting as required by the business • This isn’t your classic nine-to-five—our VIPs play when the rest-of-the-world’s winding down. • Lead, mentor, and develop ~12 frontend engineers and 4 frontend QA engineers across distributed locations (Malta, Bitola, and remote) • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, and create personalized career development plans that help engineers reach their potential • Build a high-trust, high-performance culture where engineers feel challenged, supported, and excited to grow • Manage the frontend QA team, focusing on their professional development, test strategy, automation, and integration with development workflows • Own recruitment, onboarding, and retention for frontend and QA roles • Foster a culture aligned with Rhino's values: Community, Curiosity, and Achievers • Shape the future of Rhino's frontend architecture in partnership with Product, Design, and Backend leadership • Make informed technical decisions on Next.js architecture, Server/Client Components, SSR strategies, and performance optimization • Review complex technical designs and pull requests; provide technical guidance and unblock challenging problems • Champion modern practices and tools: component libraries, Storybook, Redux Toolkit, Jest, service workers, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, performance monitoring • Ensure consistent approaches to authentication/authorization, session handling, and secure SSR patterns across brands • Guide decisions around build systems (Webpack, Turbopack, Turborepo) and monorepo architecture • Stay technically credible enough to earn respect from senior engineers and guide technical direction effectively • Debug complex frontend and server-side issues when your expertise is needed • Drive predictable delivery through clear goals, effective processes, and team rituals • Elevate code quality through strong review culture (acting as a gatekeeper when needed), testing standards, and automation • Partner with frontend QA team to strengthen test coverage (Jest, integration testing), reduce regressions, and increase release confidence • Oversee and optimize the release process to ensure smooth product deployments across all brands • Establish and track metrics that matter: team health, velocity trends, quality indicators, deployment frequency, and player-facing performance • Proactively identify patterns in production errors and drive systematic improvements • Translate product priorities into clear, achievable technical plans • Facilitate smooth collaboration between frontend, backend, design, product, and QA teams • Communicate technical tradeoffs, progress, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Act as the voice of frontend engineering in leadership discussions • Bridge gaps and resolve blockers across teams

• Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that power external partner-facing analytics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all B2B2C reporting surfaces • Partner with product, revenue, and partner operations teams to surface revenue opportunities across the value chain: partner economics, conversion funnels, and customer lifetime value • Design and execute analyses (cohort studies, trend analyses, A/B test readouts) to measure product, pricing, and partner performance impacts • Own the data pipeline from raw data to partner-ready insight - including data validation, QA, and documentation of reporting methodologies • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for both internal stakeholders and external partners • Dig into messy data, identify patterns, and move quickly from question to insight to recommendations

• Own features from discovery through to delivery • Translate briefs and product requirements into considered design solutions • Design complete user journeys, including edge cases, system states, and micro-interactions • Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction and motion clearly • Document and hand off work to ensure smooth implementation • Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders • Work autonomously while remaining aligned with broader product and business goals • Contribute to and expand our design systems • Build scalable components and patterns • Ensure features scale across devices and multiple brands within our ecosystem • Maintain well-structured, organised Figma files • Support new product launches and rebrands • Apply and evolve branding across product experiences

• Operate as a bridge between the Data team and Risk team - not just to maintain what exists, but to explore what's possible. • Deeply understand Risk's problems, priorities, and workflows rather than delivering models over the fence • Build analytical and machine learning models that drive business decisions across our insurance/actuarial functions - including next-generation approaches that challenge industry conventions • Partner with our risk and insurance team to support loss modeling, pricing analyses, and portfolio performance metrics, while identifying novel data sources that haven't been leveraged in this industry • Design and run experiments (e.g. A/B tests, causal inference analyses) to measure product and pricing impacts • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences • Dig into data, identify patterns, and move quickly from question to insight to action

• Act as strategic partner to Sales and Revenue teams to enable profitable growth • Provide data-driven guidance on trade-offs between growth, pricing, coverage limits, and risk • Support key landlord partner conversations where underwriting judgment is required • Own and steward R+J’s underwriting strategy and risk appetite to ensure consistent and disciplined execution of the underwriting process across risk profiles • Manage the in-house automated underwriting decision engine to ensure proper underwriting rules, risk score logics, coverage limits and deductibles levels are implemented as designed • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure robust data pipelines, quality, and accessibility, enabling scalable and reliable underwriting infrastructure • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams to ensure underwriting decisions are explainable, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and carrier requirements • Evaluate underwriting outcomes and portfolio performance to optimize rules and user experience for sustainable growth and profitability targets • Lead industry trends assessment and incorporate relevant insights into underwriting judgment, exception handling, and portfolio oversight • Communicate underwriting performance, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies with credibility and transparency to internal and external stakeholders

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Terraform • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for infrastructure and operational automation • Manage and monitor Azure cloud resources, ensuring availability, performance, and security • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and infrastructure needs

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile apps • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma • Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams • Ensure consistency across design systems and components • Incorporate user feedback and iterate designs

• Design and develop backend services using Python & Django • Build modern, responsive frontend applications using Next.js (React) • Work with containerized applications and deploy to Kubernetes environments • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance
