Role Description RGroup Realty is hiring a licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager who brings both transaction discipline and marketing strength to the table. We are not looking for a file pusher. We are looking for someone who can help drive the professionalism, execution, and client experience behind every listing and every transaction. This role is for a high-capacity operator who understands that real estate transactions, marketing, CRM management, and client communication all work together. The right person can keep deals moving, support agents at a high level, help maintain listing quality, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This Role Is for You If: - you have an active real estate license - you know how to manage a deal from contract to close - you have real marketing experience, not just admin exposure - you understand the importance of brand presentation, listing support, and communication flow - you are highly organized, fast, accurate, and proactive - you know how to work inside systems without becoming dependent on someone else to keep you moving What You'll Be Responsible For: - Managing transactions from contract to close - Tracking deadlines, contingencies, disclosures, inspections, signatures, and escrow milestones - Coordinating with agents, clients, title, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and vendors - Keeping files complete, accurate, and compliant - Supporting listing readiness and marketing execution - Helping maintain consistent communication throughout the transaction process - Managing workflow and follow-up inside Google Workspace, Transaction Desk, and CRM platforms - Supporting clean CRM records, follow-up systems, and contact management - Helping protect the client experience and the RGroup Realty brand through strong execution Marketing Experience Matters in This Role: This is one of the biggest filters for us. We want someone who understands how marketing connects to real estate operations. That includes: - listing presentation - communication quality - follow-up consistency - CRM workflow - brand execution - client experience - agent support If you understand how to keep a transaction moving and help elevate the way listings and communication are presented to the market, you will stand out. Qualifications - Active real estate license - Strong marketing background - Experience in transaction coordination or transaction management - Familiarity with Google Workspace - Familiarity with Transaction Desk - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Go High Level - Strong communication skills - High attention to detail - Strong follow-up and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple active files and priorities Requirements - Transactions move cleanly and on time - Files are accurate and complete - Agents feel supported - Clients feel informed and taken care of - Marketing and listing support are stronger - CRM systems stay organized and useful - The company presents at a higher level because of your execution Compensation - $20–$30/hour, depending on experience - Bonus programs available - Full-time position Company Description RGroup Realty is building a more integrated real estate platform where brokerage, marketing, technology, and operations work together.
