ADI Global is looking for a Lead Hyperion Systems Administrator to manage and update the financial reporting functionality within Hyperion applications as well as facilitate the processes and deliverables during the financial close and planning periods. JOB DUTIES: Administration & Operations - Support the Financial Close consolidation and Planning/Budgeting processes for the Oracle EPM environment. - Maintain HFM application metadata hierarchies, assist in the development, modification and testing of business rules through change management. - Financial report understanding and experience - Build/ Enhance/Troubleshoot Financial Reports, Smartview Reports and Web Analysis as needed. - Enable Global Month End Closing process via HFM / FDMEE, supervise financial submissions for all locations, guide site Controllers on technical / process topics, and investigate data validation issues. - Work with Internal and External Audit to meet all SOX financial system requirements - Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP standards & financial concepts regarding P&L, Balance Sheet, Roll forwards, USD Overrides, Intercompany, Cash Flow, Foreign currency & USD reporting. - Ability to develop and maintain Hyperion Essbase and Planning environments, including outlines, load rules, calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Partitions, Web forms, and Security. - Serve as technical expert for Oracle Hyperion EPM AWS landscape and responsible for the Hyperion application infrastructure. - Responsible for configuration, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning of Hyperion landscape. Application Development - Solid knowledge/hands on experience of HFM, FDMEE,: - Managing metadata. - Rule enhancements (VB & Jython scripting) & development experience. - Edit and/or write Forms/Grids, IC reports. - Set-up, manage and troubleshoot FDMEE mappings & processes. - Maintenance of rule files and calc scripts, MaxL scripts and Perl scripts - Shared Services security. - Serve as SME for all application functionality, attributes, general design, usage, and best practices. - Ability to develop test data, test scripts and execute comprehensive testing of integrated systems. - Maintain and continuously upgrade her/his knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle technologies, finance, external competitive landscape, Audits/Sox etc. - Strong understanding of Oracle RDMS, SQL and Unix Shell scripting languages Training & Support - Provide global technical support of Hyperion user base and oversee all Hyperion related reporting processes. - Train global user community, publish reference materials and training documentation.
