• Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process in the IT domain (embedded hardware/software/testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting) • Identifying and approaching IT professionals (active sourcing via LinkedIn, networks and freelance platforms) • Conducting pre-screening interviews and evaluating candidates • Advising and supporting candidates throughout the placement process (permanent placement, temporary employment/employee leasing, freelance) • Close collaboration with the Technical Sales team to define role requirements • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network • Preparing candidate profiles for client presentation • Managing and developing the candidate pool (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, freelance platforms) • Market analysis and identification of new recruiting trends (e.g., AI tools)

B. Zoho, HubSpot, Freelance-Plattformen) • Marktanalyse sowie Identifikation neuer Recruiting-Trends (z. B. AI-Tools)
• Konzeption, Architektur und Umsetzung von End-to-End-KI-Lösungen • Hands-on-Entwicklung und Bewertung von LLM-basierten Systemen, AI-Agents und Automatisierungs-Workflows • Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige AI-Architekturen • Führung und Steuerung von AI-Initiativen inkl. technischer Entscheidungsfindung • Design Patterns für Agentic Architectures und Multi-Agent-Systeme • Design und Betrieb cloud-basierter AI-Architekturen (AWS, Azure, Hybrid) • Sicherstellung von Security, Compliance, Datenschutz und Responsible-AI-Standards • Umsetzung und Begleitung von PoCs, MVPs und Skalierungsphasen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Management und externen Stakeholdern

• 1st-level support for users working with PREEvision • Support for review and approval processes (Review & Vote) • Recording, analyzing and handling support requests (tickets) • Assisting users with the operation of PREEvision • Review statuses, workflows and approvals • Reports, analyses and exports • Plausibility checks of models and results from the user’s perspective • Documenting common issues (FAQs, quick guides) • Close collaboration with methodology and engineering roles • Escalation of technically complex issues to experts
