• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement • Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews) • Monitor risks, quality and project progress • Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. • Lead the refactoring and restructuring of an existing embedded firmware codebase into a modular, maintainable C-based architecture. • Develop and maintain sensor processing logic, including filtering and normalization of noisy data. • Optimize firmware performance and resource usage to support evolving hardware platforms. • Design and implement robust connectivity logic to handle unstable networks, offline scenarios, and reconnects. • Build local data caching and synchronization mechanisms for reliable data delivery. • Implement and maintain OTA firmware update mechanisms for deployed devices. • Collaborate closely with hardware engineers during board bring-up and platform changes. • Support testing and validation across firmware and hardware lifecycle phases.

• Be an expert with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services and train others. • Automate pipeline deployments, tooling implementations and infrastructure deployments. • Automate solutions and develop processes to audit and monitor conformance with security standards. Remediate any security violations. • Review and optimize application deployments for NFRs like performance, scalability and robustness. • Innovate and prototype new tools and practices as a part of Remedy’s architecture offerings. • Promote DevOps best practices and culture among software engineers in the organization. • Able to operate with ambiguity and put together reliable and complex solutions • Are able to design for long term robustness while allowing pragmatic near term rollouts • Support various internal teams deploying solutions and developing applications.
