Role Description The Telemed Nurse is expected to: - Ensure that the callers are verified through the employee list given to us by the clients (if they are employees, dependents, third parties, etc). - Proceed with triaging before endorsing the patients to the MDs for the consultation. - Monitor patients after the initial consultation to check on their progress. - Initiate the return to work assessment at the end of the quarantine period. - Handle any other administrative tasks related to the mentioned responsibilities, e.g., creating an EMR for each patient before MD consultation. - Perform other duties that may be assigned.
