Senior Paid Demand Generation Specialist

Role Description We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Senior Paid Demand Generation Specialist to architect, execute and scale our paid acquisition strategy. This is not a role for simple platform management; we need a strategic operator who can master the full-funnel complexity of our B2B SaaS product, targeting diverse and global audiences. You will own the budget, the platforms, the strategy and the measurable success of our entire paid demand ecosystem. - Strategy & Architecture: Design, launch and perpetually optimize comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms to drive sustainable, measurable demand generation. - Budget Ownership: Direct and manage the entire paid media budget, dynamically allocating spend based on real-time performance, LTV and strategic growth goals. - Optimization & Testing: Own the rigorous A/B testing framework across ad creatives, messaging, targeting and landing page UX to ensure continuous performance uplift. - Performance Reporting: Utilize ad tracking tools and our reporting stack (including Hubspot) to deliver sophisticated, actionable performance reports and attribution insights to leadership. - CRO Implementation: Identify and implement conversion rate optimization strategies across the paid acquisition funnel to increase lead quality and volume. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure messaging alignment, creative excellence and seamless lead handover. Qualifications - Proven AI-Driven Paid Acquisition Experience: Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of managing paid ads user acquisition through AI agents. - 3+ years of dedicated experience managing high-budget, full-funnel paid advertising for B2B SaaS companies. - Demonstrated success in multichannel campaign management and strategic budget allocation across platforms. - Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking implementation, performance analytics tools, and working with advanced attribution models. - Proven experience working with and optimizing campaigns for international and global markets. - A solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques applied specifically to paid ad landing pages and creatives. - Proven experience developing multichannel complex campaigns explicitly mapped to the customer journey of a SaaS B2B product. - Proven experience with creatives and landing pages ideation, taking concepts from initial idea to full production and optimization. Requirements - 1+ years of experience of working at the performance marketing agency in a similar role (Nice to have). Role Description This is not a social media manager role. It's not a content writer role. It's a hybrid: - Thinking - deciding what topics and angles are worth communicating - Producing - creating video content and appearing on camera - Engaging - actively participating in discussions across communities - Supervising - reviewing and aligning all content before it goes out You'll both create content yourself (especially video) and coordinate content created by others - including AI-generated drafts and team contributions. You own the outcome, not just your own output. This role focuses exclusively on social media and community communication. It does not own PR, company-wide messaging strategy, or employee advocacy programs. Role Description Our customers rely on RedTrack to make critical business decisions based on their data. In this role, you will help ensure that their tracking works as expected, issues are resolved quickly and accurately, and every customer feels supported and confident using our product.
