• Lead the solution architecture of digital services while ensuring alignment with citizen-centered design principles and agile software delivery approaches. • Develop overall architectural plans and uncover existing system contexts. • Provide recommendations, prototypes, and technical discovery activities to support solution feasibility. • Define and oversee iterative solution designs while analyzing impacts, risks, and system exposure. • Guide teams through the implementation of digital services and facilitate frequent product delivery. • Determine integration approaches and define target-state system boundaries and interactions. • Identify opportunities to leverage common digital service components and shared capabilities. • Provide guidance for detailed solution implementation designs and review code changes. • Contribute to code development activities related to user stories and technical tasks when required. • Coach and mentor product teams within agile delivery environments. • Contribute to the architectural vision for user-centric digital platforms and shared service capabilities. • Support the development of principles, metrics, and standards related to service quality and delivery. • Prepare architecture documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Participate in the continuous improvement of architecture practices and delivery processes.

• Create accurate, brand-compliant, and visually compelling cross-channel design solutions for print, from brief to final production • Produce mechanical layouts using original designs, existing compositions, or incomplete files while meeting industry standards • Redesign layouts from existing compositions while maintaining brand integrity • Enhance designs to meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards • Prepare design files correctly for print and digital production • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements, budgets, and deadlines • Attend client meetings and clearly communicate design concepts and rationale • Provide brand guidance to ensure a consistent look and feel across materials • Advise clients on appropriate design and communication solutions • Respond to client inquiries or escalate to senior team members when appropriate • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion • Ensure quality control standards are followed and identify opportunities for process improvement • Document, organize, and store all project files and approvals • Provide proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy and quality of final materials.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding individual and group insurance products. • Follow up on requests via phone and email with accuracy and efficiency. • Support brokers and partners with contract setup and management. • Assist users in navigating digital platforms. • Process administrative requests related to client files, including updates to personal information. • Provide information on claims and benefit status. • Perform required validations and ensure data accuracy. • Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of customer service.

• Investigate and report on a caseload of casualty and liability claims. • Manage claims through to effective and satisfactory resolution. • Maintain high levels of service delivery for internal and external stakeholders. • Handle claims across Commercial General Liability, construction including Builders Risk and Wrap-Up Liability, Professional Liability, Environmental Liability, Equine Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Automobile Liability.
