Location: León, Guanajuato Schedules: - Friday to Sunday 17:00-05:00 - Monday to Wednesday 06:00-15:00 - Wednesday to Friday 06:00-15:00 English Level: B2 Intermediate Salary: $13,000 MXN / month gross About the position What You’ll Do: - Monitor active shipments, ensuring real-time tracking updates are accurate and visible in the system. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, and partners during afterhours support. - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and professional communication. - Troubleshoot transportation, tracking, or delivery issues and provide timely solutions. - Escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary. - Document all interactions and ensure accurate follow-up for the next business day. - Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and communicate delays or exceptions proactively. - Collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and proactive resolution of disruptions. - Support special projects or emergency situations as needed. Qualifications - 6 months of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or related fields (afterhours or dispatch preferred). - Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written). - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure. - Proficiency in tracking tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. - Reliable internet and phone connection if working remotely. Scrum Master 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00🌐 English Level: Advanced / Fluent 💼 Position: Scrum Master (EOR) About the Role The Scrum Master is a servant-leader and Agile coach responsible for guiding delivery teams to peak performance. This role goes beyond running ceremonies — it’s about embedding Agile values, removing impediments, and ensuring every sprint delivers real value. You will bring structure without rigidity and momentum without chaos. What You’ll Do Facilitate Scrum Events - Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective - Ensure meetings are productive, focused, and time-boxed Remove Impediments - Identify and resolve blockers impacting team performance - Escalate issues and collaborate with stakeholders when needed Promote Agile Practices - Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum frameworks - Ensure teams follow best practices with purpose (not just process) Support the Product Owner - Assist with backlog refinement and prioritization - Ensure stories are clear, defined, and ready for sprint execution Improve Team Performance - Track metrics such as velocity, Sprint Goal success, and quality - Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback Foster Collaboration - Promote transparency, communication, and team alignment - Protect the team from distractions and scope creep - Build a culture of trust, accountability, and psychological safety What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master - Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred - Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks - Excellent facilitation and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Experience working with Product Owners and backlog management - Comfortable analyzing team metrics (velocity, quality, delivery) - Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences) - Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team growth Compensation & Benefits Effective after 3 months of employment Benefits and Allowances - Savings fund: 8% net - Work-from-home allowance: $500 MXN - Grocery vouchers: $1,000 MXN - Attendance bonus: $500 MXN Insurance Benefits - Major and minor medical insurance - Life insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Funeral expense coverage Aviso de privacidad: (I).
