• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team • Assist with scheduling client meetings, presentations, conference calls, and industry events • Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and client-facing materials • Track business development activities, opportunities, and follow-up items • Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal coordination efforts • Maintain organized records of prospects, contracts, and client communications • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline activity • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and sales tracking • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems • Assist with lead tracking, campaign management, and client outreach initiatives • Support CRM process improvements and user adoption efforts • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and prospects • Support onboarding and ongoing communication with clients • Assist with client reporting requests and follow-up communications • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely responses to client needs • Help maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and communication • Assist with marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media coordination • Support development of marketing collateral, newsletters, and promotional materials • Coordinate conference registrations, sponsorships, and event logistics • Maintain marketing content libraries and branded materials • Help monitor marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness

• Investigate Commercial Transportation claims specifically to Inland Marine and Cargo, involving physical damage to trucks, tractors, trailers, buses, commercial fleets, and specialized transportation equipment. • Review policy language to determine coverage applicability, exclusions, limits, deductibles, and endorsements. • Evaluate liability associated with losses occurring while commercial vehicles are under the care, custody, or control of insured garage operations. • Obtain and analyze repair estimates, maintenance records, inspection reports, photographs, contracts, invoices, and statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses. • Coordinate inspections with appraisers, heavy equipment specialists, engineers, salvage vendors, and independent adjusters. • Assess damages involving commercial vehicles, cargo-related equipment, specialized transportation units, and fleet assets. • Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves based on exposure and severity. • Negotiate settlements with insureds, fleet owners, repair facilities, attorneys, and third-party claimants within established authority levels. • Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities against responsible parties, manufacturers, vendors, or contractors. • Manage litigation and work closely with defense counsel on disputed liability or coverage matters. • Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent claims for special investigation. • Maintain accurate claim documentation and diary management in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. • Deliver timely and professional customer service to insureds, brokers, agents, fleet managers, and transportation industry stakeholders. • Participate in claim audits, training initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

• Manage liability loss claims from initial intake through final resolution, ensuring all handling aligns with policy provisions, company guidelines, and applicable state regulations • Maintain ownership of each claim to ensure timely progress, accurate documentation, and appropriate settlement strategies • Perform comprehensive on-site field investigations to evaluate property damage and determine liability exposure • Inspect loss locations, gather physical evidence, take photographs, and analyze contributing factors to support accurate claim assessments and coverage decisions • Conduct interviews with insureds, claimants, witnesses, contractors, and other relevant parties • Document all interactions thoroughly, capturing key statements, observations, and inconsistencies, and accurately enter detailed notes into internal claims management systems • Identify and evaluate potential subrogation opportunities by analyzing liability factors and third-party involvement • Preserve evidence and coordinate with subrogation teams or legal partners to support recovery efforts when applicable • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including claims examiners, supervisors and legal teams and external partners, such as, contractors, public adjusters and attorneys to produce clear, well-supported reports • Ensure findings support accurate valuation of damages and informed claim decisions • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining consistent communication, setting clear expectations, and addressing inquiries promptly • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the claims process, even in challenging or high-stress situations.
