Role Description The Specification manager is responsible for leading and maximizing specification sales growth for Rain Bird. This role requires a highly motivated and result-oriented individual who will strive to differentiate Rain Bird from its competitors by setting outstanding professional relationships with specification customers. - Deliver sales growth through winning specification market share, including private specifications written by landscape architects and/or irrigation consultants and public agency projects. - Drive sales growth through establishment of Corporate Account relationships with builders, developers, and other end-customers. - Align specification efforts to deliver established annual sales targets for Rain Bird Landscape irrigation. - Collaborate with District Managers to define and execute sales strategies to deliver results. - Manage and improve systems to track specification share performance and use these metrics to target growth opportunities. - Improve specification results among all customer groups, including landscape architects, irrigation consultants, and public agencies. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with individual specification customers. - Find and implement ways to make Rain Bird easier to do business with for specification customers. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or other relevant discipline. - Eight or more years’ work experience in sales management, specification, or marketing. - Ability to communicate effectively and credibly at all levels in the organization. - Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and detailed planning. - Ability to travel at least 50% of the time in territory. - Fluent in English. Requirements - MBA or other postgraduate degree (desired). - Irrigation market experience (desired). - International experience (desired). Benefits - Estimated annual compensation range is € 78,193 - € 89,000. - Salary ranges include base salary and annual incentive bonus if applicable. - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Role Description The GSP Engineer provides remote technical support to Rain Bird Customer in the US, Canada and South America. Qualifications - Degree in IT, Engineering, Agronomy or equivalent and 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Help Desk /Technical support experience. - Experience in IT, Engineering or Irrigation Industries. - Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. - Process oriented. - Knowledge of electronics and Information Systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Track record of documenting improvement projects and processes. Requirements - Fluency in Spanish or other foreign language(s). - Irrigation, golf course service and Golf Central Control programming experience. - Previous experience with people management and financial controls management.
