Role Description This position assumes the responsibility for the educational design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy. The educator must be a subject matter expert in a wide range of leadership and clinical topics including critical care content. The educator will work towards achieving the educational goals of the organization through a virtual platform and measure for effectiveness in obtaining desired outcomes. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
