Healthcare Integration Engineer

• Design and develop data integration solutions to capture data from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other clinical systems. • Ensure data quality and accuracy by building and implementing data validation procedures, performing data quality assessments, and resolving data integration issues to maintain data integrity. • Implement and maintain interfaces, working with HL7 V2, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards to connect different systems, such as EHRs, labs, and other clinical systems. • Collaborate with Prenosis data scientists, clinicians, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and implement solutions that support their workflows and research objectives. • Collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders at healthcare organizations to drive healthcare integrations to completion. • Adhere to specifications and regulatory procedures ensuring that all data integration processes are in compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery, and provide ongoing support for integrated systems. • Demonstrate domain expertise and stay up to date with healthcare interoperability technologies and standards, continuously learning about new technologies and best practices in healthcare data integration to improve existing solutions and implement new ones.
• Review, draft, revise, and maintain a variety of contracts and agreements • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements • Assist with contract negotiations and prepare supporting documentation • Track contract milestones (renewals, expirations, deliverables, payments) • Maintain accurate records • Identify potential risks or deviations and escalate concerns appropriately
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for on-market product(s) • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospital systems, health networks, and healthcare facilities • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, technical, and procurement teams • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with healthcare organizations • Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy • Build relationships with key clinical champions and hospital decision makers • Collaborate with hospital IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing EHR and clinical systems • Maintain ongoing relationships to drive expansion and renewal opportunities • Effectively communicate the clinical value proposition and ROI of on-market product(s) • Conduct product demonstrations for clinical and technical audiences • Stay current on relevant clinical guidelines, disease state protocols, and competitive landscape • Identify and cultivate key opinion leaders and clinical champions to support market adoption • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness • Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams
