Role Description The Contract Compliance Administrator (Recycling Division) is responsible for managing company agreements, contracts, insurance certifications, UCC filings, baler equipment, equipment leases, and other compliance-related issues. You will also be held responsible for liaising negotiations between the company, Pratt Corporate, and its business partners, ensuring that the prompt document closure for all areas is compliant and complete. Contract Compliance Administration entails oversight on all legal documentation signed by the business unit to ensure that each stipulation and annex is within the acceptable bounds of the law and is duly followed by internal and external clients. The CCA will monitor the performance and efficiency of contracts, agreements, and equipment usage with suppliers. - The CCA works as part of the Accounting department, upholding the internal policies and processes regarding contract management. - Responsible for managing client-specific contracts and providing counsel for maintaining the quality of contracts within the unit. - Review and provide oversight for all existing contracts by inspecting the contract database. - Provide technical services in developing a standard and appropriate use of language for each document. - Work in coordination with managers to analyze sourcing and contracts strategies. - Identify new trends and make recommendations for beneficial sourcing and procedures. - Ensure smooth internal and external client relations regarding contract drafts and negotiations. - Resolve conflicts or infringements arising from existing contracts. - Expected to be an outstanding leader in the field of contracts administration. - Knowledge and expertise on law governing contract drafting and management is necessary. - Excellent management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as an individual contributor and team member. - Review and advise Controller of unusual or out-of-scope items/issues. - Follow up to ensure final copies of contracts are filed electronically. - Capex processing and recording, working with Recycling personnel to obtain full information when requesting CAPEX. - Liaison with corporate purchasing to coordinate paperwork and obtain proper approvals. - Maintain good control of all Division assets and conduct random audits at each plant. - Liaison for Insurance requests/requirements. - Track and record baler movement to/from fiber suppliers. - Record appropriate UCC filings with each jurisdiction as needed. - Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct. - Follow all company safety guidelines. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Prefer college degree with 5 years of experience. - Strong, demonstrated experience in contract administration. - Proficiency using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP. - Ability to coordinate with teams while needing little supervision or direction. - Capable of working on multiple projects with varying deadlines. - Professional demeanor and clear communication skills. - Ability to work remotely. - Limited travel required. - Professional attitude & conduct to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times. - Multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are needed. - High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline. Role Description The Learning Experience Designer supports the mission of Pratt U by developing digital learning content for employees across Pratt Industries. This role works with leaders from multiple divisions to turn business needs into practical learning solutions that support employee development and operational excellence. In this role, you will create online learning content such as videos, animations, and digital training modules that support Pratt U programs and other company learning initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across the company to ensure training content reflects real operational needs and is clear, engaging, and easy for employees to apply in their work. The Learning Experience Designer will also manage the distribution of training content through the Learning Management System (LMS) and explore new tools—including AI-powered technologies—to improve learning engagement and accessibility. Qualifications - Ability to translate business needs into practical and engaging learning solutions. - Experience designing digital learning content such as videos, tutorials, animations, or e-learning modules. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content publishing. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple divisions. - Strong communication and storytelling skills for instructional content development. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams. - Willingness to travel occasionally to support programs or develop content on-site.
