• Develop and maintain robust back-end applications in Java, focusing on performance, scalability and code quality • Architect and evolve microservices and REST/WebSocket APIs • Integrate with legacy systems, government portals and external platforms • Develop automations and scripts in Python to support internal workflows • Work closely with product and business teams to specify technical solutions • Serve as the technical reference within the team: code reviews, mentoring and raising the collective level

• Manage last-mile delivery operations for both B2B and DTC orders • Support clients with daily questions related to delivery performance and service levels • Identify gaps in communication and operational visibility, reporting insights to the team • Resolve client tickets within agreed SLAs • Analyze Power BI reports and other systems to respond to client inquiries • Interact with logistics partners, including warehouses, carriers, systems, and freight forwarders, to ensure accurate and timely solutions

• Resolve client tickets within agreed SLAs • Support clients with daily questions related to service levels, operations, and general issues • Identify communication and visibility gaps and report insights to the internal team • Analyze Power BI reports and other systems to respond to client inquiries • Interact with internal teams and external partners, including warehouses, carriers, systems, and freight forwarders, to ensure accurate and timely solutions

• Support clients in their daily questions related to logistics and finance operations. • Analyze PowerBI reports and OMS tools to provide accurate information. • Manage and resolve client tickets within agreed SLAs. • Identify communication gaps and propose improvements. • Collaborate with a network of partners: warehouses, carriers, systems, and freight forwarders. • Guide clients on how to use internal tools effectively.

• Oversee 3PL performance (receiving, shipping, and SLAs) • Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and priorities • Manage demand forecasting and inventory accuracy • Execute domestic and international transportation quotes • Support multiple clients with different operational needs • Ensure compliance with retailers’ routing guides
