Transportation Analyst

• Manage last-mile delivery operations for both B2B and DTC orders • Support clients with daily questions related to delivery performance and service levels • Identify gaps in communication and operational visibility, reporting insights to the team • Resolve client tickets within agreed SLAs • Analyze Power BI reports and other systems to respond to client inquiries • Interact with logistics partners, including warehouses, carriers, systems, and freight forwarders, to ensure accurate and timely solutions

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, and/or supply chain
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable professional profile
