• Create, maintain, and evolve visual design guidelines for Plutus across all platforms and channels. • Be versatile across graphic design, illustration, print, iconography, email, advertising, presentations, and more. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create eye-catching marketing material. • Design exceptional design assets. • Create, organize, and manage the asset library for reusable, systematic design. • Stay aware of emerging design trends and help/share knowledge with the wider team. • Make a case for your work and provide rationale behind decision-making.

• Actively monitor and engage with users across our social media platforms, forums, and other community channels. • Ensure that all community interactions adhere to our established guidelines and policies. • Encourage positive and constructive discussions within the community. • Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with their issues, escalating to relevant departments when necessary. • Assist in creating and curating content to keep the community engaged and informed. • Gather user feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. • Help plan and execute community events, webinars, and other activities to foster engagement and loyalty. • Produce regular reports on community activity, user feedback, and overall sentiment. • Host engaging AMAs on X (Twitter) and Discord, fostering constructive conversations that captivate and inform our audience.

• Ensuring that Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws • Staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment • Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations • Identifying and addressing compliance risks • Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks • SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations • General Compliance tasks
