Role Description The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the company's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. This role oversees the entire sales lifecycle, including: - Lead generation - Pipeline development - New customer client conversion - Account management - Strategic client relationships The Head of Sales will lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring strong pipeline development, successful customer acquisition, and long-term client retention. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the healthcare, medical-surgical (MedSurg), or pharmaceutical industries. - Proven track record of generating or managing $30M+ in annual gross sales. - Successfully taken a sales organization from 1 -> 100. - Minimum 5 years of experience leading or managing sales teams. - Strong understanding of the healthcare procurement environment, and medical supply or pharmaceutical sales cycles. - Demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams and scaling revenue operations. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho or other sales management systems. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive results. - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role Description This is a remote position. 340B Order Fulfillment - Receive and process 340B orders received via Admin. - Verify item pricing against Admin and distributor websites. - Approve items/orders for EDI processing or initiate manual processes when EDI is unavailable. - Record all order processing notes in Admin and Zoho CRM. - Monitor daily shipment status and update Admin with tracking numbers and carrier info. - Maintain an up-to-date daily spreadsheet summarizing all 340B order activity. - Escalate any price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or credit holds to the immediate supervisor. - Prepare and submit manual order forms via email for specialty items or when required. - Support manual order submission requests from the supervisor or during system downtime. - Track order progress clearly, distinguishing between fulfilled and pending shipments. Logistics Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities regarding order status and shipment tracking. - Collaborate with warehouses, third-party carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant deliveries. - Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag potential shortages. - Ensure healthcare shipments comply with packaging, labeling, and temperature control standards. - Manage accurate logistics records and delivery schedules in the company’s ERP and/or Admin platform. - Assist in recalls, returns, and replacements as needed. Operational & Team Support - Provide ongoing support to managers with special projects such as PID creation or spreadsheet assistance. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations and enhance customer experience. - Respond to and resolve issues via phone, email and chat systems. Qualifications - Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or business operations relevant to the role. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service environments, including healthcare or pharmaceutical settings. - Familiarity with handling regulated or sensitive products, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. - Familiarity with logistics systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel. - Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive environments. - Clear and effective verbal and written communication. - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. - Aware of regulatory standards, including FDA requirements, HIPAA, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Role Description The Accounting Assistant plays a critical support role within Pipeline Medical's Accounting team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and transactional finance functions that keep our high-volume procurement and distribution operations running smoothly. Responsibilities - Accounts Payable & Receivable Support - Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests accurately and on time - Vendor Invoice processing completed within ≤ 3 business days - Procurement & Vendor Finance Administration - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure all supplier invoices align with agreed pricing and delivery terms - Assist in tracking cost-of-goods data across product categories and flagging pricing discrepancies - Vendor record accuracy maintained at ≥ 98% - Purchase order-to-invoice matching rate of ≥ 97% Qualifications - Bookkeeping or accounting certification is an advantage (e.g. QuickBooks, AAT, or equivalent) - Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support role - Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data formatting - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume transaction environment - High attention to detail and accuracy in processing large volumes of financial transactions - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a structured, remote work environment
