• Own end-to-end Headless CMS stack (Sanity/Next.js): design schemas, ship features, and deploy confidently • Design the full content schema in Sanity.io from the ground up • Build custom Sanity Studio configurations and input components • Write clean content migrations • Develop the Next.js frontend consuming Sanity's GROQ API • Implement performance budgets and Core Web Vitals targets • Own the deployment pipeline on Vercel • Connect the CMS to third-party booking, scheduling, and payment platforms • Build error handling, retry logic, and observability

• Proactively identify and target potential clients through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to generate new business opportunities in the nearshore staff augmentation space. • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies. • Leverage your knowledge of nearshore staff augmentation to articulate Perform’s value proposition to decision-makers (e.g., IT managers, HR leaders, and C-suite executives). • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the nearshore staffing industry. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings booked. • Represent Perform professionally in all client-facing interactions, building trust and credibility.

• Own the content architecture • Design the full content schema in Sanity.io from the ground up — services, treatments, providers, booking flows, blog, FAQs — with clean document types, structured portable text, and a model that non-technical editors can actually use. • Build the frontend • Develop the Next.js frontend consuming Sanity’s GROQ API — with a deliberate ISR/SSR strategy, image optimization, and SEO fundamentals built in from the start, not bolted on later. • Own the deployment pipeline on Vercel — preview environments, CI checks, and rollback capability. • Build and maintain integrations • Connect the CMS to third-party booking and scheduling platforms — API-first, cleanly abstracted, and resilient to the inevitable upstream changes. • Work independently and communicate clearly • Manage your own delivery — you’ll have context, goals, and access to stakeholders, not a Jira board of pre-scoped tickets.

• Lead the design and development of machine learning systems and LLM-based applications • Fine-tune and adapt large language models for domain-specific use cases • Build NLP pipelines to extract structured data from complex, unstructured documents • Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical and ML execution plans • Work directly with product signals, user feedback, and backlog input to prioritize development work • Build evaluation systems to measure model performance and detect regressions • Design automated benchmarking pipelines for continuous model testing • Define meaningful performance metrics tied to real-world outcomes • Build feedback loops that use user corrections to continuously improve model performance • Apply computer vision techniques to extract data from PDFs and scanned documents • Develop AI agents that interact with web systems using automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium • Work across system design, infrastructure, training, and inference pipelines • Build scalable ML systems and supporting infrastructure from the ground up

• Own the Data Platform • Design, build, and operate MDVIP’s data platform on Azure Databricks—ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving layers that power analytics, AI models, and operational reporting. • Build and maintain data pipelines across MDVIP’s ecosystem: Salesforce, SQL Server, Snowflake, third-party sources, and the new cloud-native payments platform. • Engineer for quality and trust—validation checks, anomaly detection, lineage tracking, and documentation that ensure every downstream consumer can rely on the data. • Write clean, version-controlled, production-grade code. • Think like a software engineer building a product, not a script runner maintaining jobs. • Go Deep Into the Business Domain • Partner directly with business stakeholders across physician growth, member services, finance, and operations to understand how data drives decisions—then build for those decisions, not for abstract requirements. • Act as a technical product owner for your domain areas: own the backlog, prioritize based on business impact, and ship iteratively without waiting for a PM to sequence your work. • Translate ambiguous business questions into data models, feature tables, and curated datasets that analysts and data scientists can build on immediately. • Close the loop—follow your data through to the dashboard, the model, or the operational workflow and validate that it’s actually driving the outcome. • Drive AI-First Engineering Practices • Use Claude Code and agentic development as your primary workflow—AI-driven pipeline generation, automated testing, rapid prototyping—to ship at a pace that would be impossible with traditional approaches. • Build data infrastructure that is AI-ready: well-documented, semantically clear, and structured so that AI tools and agents can reason over it effectively. • Scout, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI tools and platforms that make the data team faster—separating real value from hype with hands-on testing. • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core • Build front-end features with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js • Implement and consume RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications • Develop and maintain SQL Server database models, queries, and stored procedures • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and application security by following best practices • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-end and back-end layers • Write clear documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases • Stay up to date on new technologies and trends in .NET and web development

• Develop and maintain applications and services in Python • Build and deploy scalable solutions on AWS and Azure • Contribute to migrating legacy .NET systems into Python • Collaborate with teammates on design, reviews, and best practices • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance of applications

• Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications, including custom modules, themes, and distributions • Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Implement backend services and APIs with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks) to support front-end features • Integrate Drupal with headless/decoupled frontends, external APIs, and third-party services • Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and pair programming • Collaborate on architecture and design decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes for web applications • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities • Contribute to documentation, developer tooling, and onboarding materials • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, estimating work, participating in sprint ceremonies, and communicating progress to stakeholders
