This role is responsible for performing a multitude of accounting duties and analysis with consolidated financial statements, balance sheets and general ledger accounts. The Senior Accountant will also conduct monthly reconciliations, verify accuracy of general ledger accounts, and make recommendations for any corrections so data is accurate for decision makers and reporting purposes. Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours Location: Occasional in-office presence required at our main offices in Eagan. The remainder of the work can be performed remotely within the states of MN or WI. Main Job Duties: - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Maintain record of accruals, prepaid assets, LTD, fixed assets & depreciation records, and other assigned balance sheet accounts. This includes preparing, entering, and reconciling general ledger accounts monthly. - Develops, implements, and documents accounting processes and procedures. This includes implementation, reporting and testing of the general ledger interface for new subsidiary systems. - Maintain daily record of bank transactions, monitoring cash balances and assisting programs with questions about their check registers. This involves processing bank transfers in accordance with established procedures and partnering with bank representatives in resolving any outstanding issues and reviewing all supporting documentation. - Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business with a major in accounting. - Minimum of four years of prior accounting experience. - Intermediate level knowledge of Excel with proficiency using pivot tables, lookups, and logical formulas. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing and editing business intelligence reports to ensure financial reporting requirements are met. - Preference given to candidates with prior accounting experience within a not-for-profit work environment. This position provides clinical guidance and oversight of TCM services.  Responsibilities include training case managers on AMH-TCM standards, reviewing and approving clinical documentation, and providing monthly clinical supervision to assigned case managers.  Expectations include the ability to communicate professionally through one’s documentation and interactions with internal and external stakeholders. May provide clinical supervision organizationally for those working towards clinical licensure. Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible business hours Location: Hybrid schedule; ability to work remotely multiple days/week in conjunction with some in-person meetings at various locations across the metro Hiring Range: Salary variable on licensure and qualifications. - Licensed Mental Health Professional: $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. Main Job Duties: - Responsible for the development and implementation of client mental health services, ensuring documentation standards are met and addressing emergency situations as needed while demonstrating sound decision-making, discretion, and problem-solving skills at all times. - Provide program and/or divisional clinical supervision for People Incorporated staff that results in increased knowledge and skills necessary for the role. - Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns providing counsel and evaluation of delivery of services, approving and/or cosigning treatment plans, documentation, and interaction with other program staff, as required. - Actively participate in the mental health services providing leadership, sharing of clinical expertise with other team members and advancing the reputation of services provided. - Partner with other key staff members on ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and any training that the program requires. - Collaborate with program leadership to ensure consistency of clinical direction given to staff. - Serve as the designated program lead in the absence of the primary program manager or supervisor. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Licensed Mental Health Professional: - Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences - Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) with no restrictions. Preferred Certifications/Licenses: - Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in providing services to individuals with co-occurring disorders (MH/CD). - Minimum of six months prior supervisory experience within a not-for-profit environment. - Current and valid evidence of being a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor for one or more of the professional boards.
