• Train various agency staff in the revenue cycle including billing, collecting, and recording revenue transactions • Support the accounts receivable functions under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager • Enhance the agencies’ policies and procedures surrounding the revenue and accounts receivable cycles • Monitor internal controls to assure compliance with established procedures • Partner with AR Market Leaders with monitoring accounts receivables and developing action plans • Train staff on software systems and processes • Manage time equally between service center projects and field support • Lead and manage a team of AR Resources

• Prospectively review all OASIS assessments to ensure appropriateness, completeness, and regulatory compliance. • Evaluate OASIS data for internal consistency, accuracy, and alignment with patient condition and care delivery. • Utilize OASIS variation, validation, or alert reports to identify potential data integrity concerns. • Ensure documentation supports accurate clinical representation and compliant reimbursement. • Partner with clinicians and agency staff to clarify documentation discrepancies or data integrity issues. • Provide guidance to clinicians on appropriate corrections in accordance with agency policy and regulatory standards. • Support education and reinforcement of best practices related to OASIS completion and assessment accuracy. • Review visit utilization for alignment with patient condition, plan of care, and clinical guidelines. • Identify and report potential underutilization, overutilization, or financial risk to the Coding and OASIS Manager, Clinical Manager, or designee. • Escalate trends that may impact reimbursement, outcomes, or compliance. • Identify and communicate problematic trends or recurring issues identified through OASIS review. • Participate in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives as assigned. • Assist with additional chart audits or documentation reviews as needed.

• Creates accountability for collection efforts and procedures for Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders • Provides coverage for cash posters in the event of short-term or unexpected absences • Partners with cluster Executive Directors and/or Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders to provide training to Cash Posters • Establishes and maintains positive and collaborative working relationships with Portfolio Billers and Collectors • Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of payor contracts • Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of government billing regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations • Partners with cluster Executive Directors and/or AR Market Leaders on payor projects in a timely manner • Attends Agency BAM meetings to identify and report on Collections received • Review, research, and post various types of funds daily • Prepare cash reports and reconcile daily • Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams • Research and clear all unidentified cash accounts monthly • Manage automated payment files and handle exceptions

• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls • Identify risks and work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders • Perform IT audits and risk assessments across various areas • Conduct walkthroughs of IT processes and systems to identify key risks, controls, and opportunities for improvement • Assess compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks • Participate in cybersecurity assessments and reviews • Support enterprise risk management activities by identifying emerging technology and cybersecurity risks • Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented audit workpapers, reports, and presentations

• Oversee the timely and accurate submission and tracking of all initial insurance authorization requests for home health and hospice patients. • Work closely and effectively with the scheduling teams to coordinate start of care and ensure clinical services are only delivered after authorization is confirmed. • Direct the process for obtaining authorization following the 485 (Plan of Care) submission and managing all add-on insurance authorizations when required for changes in the patient's plan of care (e.g., increased visits, new services). • Establish and monitor the process for the team to re-verify eligibility on the 1st and 5th of each month for all active patients to proactively identify and resolve any changes in insurance status. • Serve as the escalation point for complex authorization denials or issues, communicating directly with various insurance carriers. • Ensure all authorization processes are compliant with payer contracts and regulatory standards. • Generate reports on authorization status, denial rates, and turnaround times.

• Completes an initial and comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs • Provides a complete assessment and history of current and previous illness(es) via phone • Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of nursing process • Assesses and evaluates patient’s status • Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis • Develops a care plan that establishes goals, based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates palliative nursing actions • Includes the patient and the family in the planning process • Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician’s plan of care • Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs • Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan • Assists the patient with the activities of daily living and facilitates the patient’s efforts toward self-sufficiency and optional comfort care • Acts as Case Manager and assumes responsibility to coordinate patient care for assigned caseload

• Prospectively review all OASIS assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state home health regulations • Analyze OASIS variation and alert reports to identify documentation gaps and trends • Ensure correct ICD‑10 coding and sequencing, including primary diagnoses and co‑morbidities • Collaborate with home health clinicians to clarify documentation issues and support appropriate corrections • Review visit utilization to ensure services align with patient condition, care guidelines, and reimbursement requirements • Identify potential underutilization, overutilization, or financial risk and report findings to Clinical Supervisor or designee • Communicate problematic trends in OASIS data, outcomes, and processes to leadership • Participate in Quality Improvement (QI), performance improvement, and Corporate Compliance activities • Assist with additional chart audits and clinical documentation reviews as needed
