• Prepare and ensure timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns across the WCA region • Own tax account reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain a robust tax repository covering filings, payments, reconciliations, and supporting documentation • Produce periodic tax compliance reports and provide visibility on the overall compliance position across the region • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax changes and ensure the business remains compliant across all relevant markets • Conduct tax risk assessments and support development and maintenance of the Group tax risk register • Manage day-to-day engagement with revenue authorities across WCA jurisdictions • Handle routine tax authority queries and correspondence across both English and French-speaking markets • Support and manage tax audits, investigations, and disputes as they arise • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve tax matters efficiently and proactively • Compute and manage intercompany and transfer pricing billings across the WCA region • Support implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements • Work closely with the Senior Tax Manager (Strategy) and Head of Tax on broader strategic tax initiatives • Support tax aspects of new market entry, operational structuring, and cross-border business activities • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving tax efficiency and optimising the Group’s operating model • Partner closely with finance, legal, sales, and operations teams on tax-related matters • Support commercial and operational teams in understanding tax implications of business activities • Coordinate with external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions • Help strengthen tax governance, controls, and internal processes across the Group

• Own and drive tax compliance across multiple African jurisdictions • Manage end-to-end tax operations across the ESA region • Responsible for tax filings, reconciliations, audits, transfer pricing support • Engage with revenue authorities across multiple countries • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax changes to ensure compliance • Produce periodic tax compliance reports • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve tax matters • Support tax aspects of new market entry and operational structuring

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for pawaPay’s mobile money and banking payment products, from discovery through to delivery and iteration. • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, market demand, and customer feedback. • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate commercial needs into clear product specifications. • Partner with Marketing to shape product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and competitive differentiation. • Collaborate daily with Engineering to prioritise the backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across African payments markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate product impact. • Engage directly with customers and partners to validate product direction and build strong feedback loops. • Champion a customer-centric, evidence-driven approach to product development across the organisation.

• Familiarising yourself with the business model and the key revenue and cost lines • Acting as the named finance contact for the Central Bank and other local regulatory authorities in relevant West African jurisdictions • Supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory returns and compliance reporting required under PSP licensing frameworks • Support the month-end close process for West African companies, including preparation of schedules and supporting information for review • Preparing local statutory financial statements and ensuring readiness for regulatory or statutory reviews • Assist in timely bank and mobile money reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and variances are investigated and resolved • Assist with local tax and regulatory compliance by working closely with external accounting and tax advisors in each West African market to understand filing requirements, deadlines, and documentation needs • Maintain proper documentation to support statutory, regulatory, and tax filings across West African jurisdictions • Assist in monitoring financial processes and internal controls, escalating issues and contributing ideas for process improvements where appropriate • Support payroll processing activities, including reconciliation of payroll reports and assisting with statutory deductions and tax compliance • Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and provide supporting schedules for audits and statutory reviews • Carry out day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
