• Lead employee relations responsibilities and serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretation. Independently handle employee relations matters, including advising managers on performance and conduct issues and resolving workplace concerns with limited oversight. Document issues and processes with precision. Exercise judgment in identifying and escalating highly complex or high-risk matters to the VP and outside counsel with a clear written record. • Design and run a manager coaching curriculum for people managers across all functions. Coach managers through employee relations situations: performance concerns, difficult conversations, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. Maintain and refine a manager toolkit to reduce reliance on P&C for routine people-related decisions. Identify capability gaps across the management layer and build targeted development responses. • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-leadership roles, including sourcing, screening, interview design, and offer coordination. Manage the ATS and ensure a consistent, well-documented candidate experience. Develop interview frameworks tied to PJMF's competency model. Support the VP on senior searches. • Own the annual and mid-year review cycle end-to-end: system launch, communication, calibration preparation, timeline management, and quality review. Maintain and improve our performance management infrastructure on our 3rd party platform. Support managers in writing evidence-based assessments. Flag patterns across team ratings and bring a calibration perspective to the VP. • Build an annual L&D calendar aligned to organizational competency needs. Design onboarding that accelerates time-to-contribution for new hires. Source and manage external facilitators and vendors for specific programs or organizational needs. • Own day-to-day HR operations: new hire setup, offboarding, employment verifications, and status changes. Administer benefits in partnership with our PEO. Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment law requirements for a remote workforce. Manage record retention and I-9 compliance. Maintain HRIS accuracy and serve as the primary system administrator for all people systems.

• Maintain and improve AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code • Write frontend and backend production code for shared services using Go, Python, JavaScript, and React • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automate workflows • Support Docker-based deployment platform including build workflows and autoscaling • Implement metrics and alerting for observability and participate in incident response • Build and maintain internal documentation and development tooling • Work with nonprofit partners to support their adoption of AI and data products

• Support day-to-day coordination of staff requests across travel, software access, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across operational workstreams, surfacing gaps early and keeping stakeholders informed. • Support updates to PJMF's internal knowledge management system and maintain operational documentation, guides, and resources so workflows stay clear and repeatable. • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events from planning through post-event follow-up, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and travel support. • Partner with teams across the foundation to ensure operational needs are addressed with consistency, responsiveness, and clear follow-through. • Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements for staff and improve the overall traveler experience. • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract management, and timely close-out of contract files. • Contribute to quarterly risk register reviews and help build a risk-aware culture across the organization. • Other duties as assigned

Contribute to the vision and execution of product architecture, UI/UX designs, infrastructure deployment, and ensuring high-quality work output. • Nonprofit Consultation Support: Contribute to consultations with nonprofit partners exploring data and technology solutions. The ability to explain technical concepts with empathy and clarity is critical, as this role helps equip partners with the tools and knowledge to succeed. • Product Integration: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications for cloud-based solutions that align with the rapid prototyping development approach, under the guidance of senior team members, with increasing ownership over time. Collaborate with the team to integrate ML model predictions into user-friendly interfaces, ensuring the reliability, safety, and scalability of the end products. • User-Centric Design: Implement intuitive user interfaces for AI-backed web and mobile applications. Understand end-user needs and requirements to design and develop applications that effectively address challenges within the social good sector. Prototype, test, and iterate on full-stack solutions, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to address communication, outreach, and resource needs related to front-end and mobile development. Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of AI products. • Learning & Growth: Seek and incorporate feedback through code reviews and pair programming. Grow familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and system design. Build confidence working across the full stack over time, with mentorship and support.
