• Manage the full sales cycle for Pathmonk’s customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach • Clearly articulate & demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects • Self-generates leads by contacting prospective customers by Email, Phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events • Maintain weekly sales forecast, clear visibility on revenue performance and achieve quota quarterly • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving products • Contribute to the overall growth of Pathmonk, pioneering new best practices and driving projects to up level the team

• In charge of creating & evolving a marketing strategy that supports Pathmonk’s overarching business goals • Develop a deep understanding of Pathmonk’s target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs • Evolve Pathmonk’s brand positioning & messaging • Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral using every medium (videos, keynotes, slides, etc.) and channels (web copy, webinars, events, sales decks, etc.) • Define experiences and content that meet the needs of visitors at every stage of the buying journey, filling content gaps via collaboration with content creators • Be accountable for marketing KPIs across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline

• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters • Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures • Overseeing the drafting of testing documents • Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process • Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures • Conducting analysis checks on product specifications • Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market • Overseeing the customer satisfaction process

• Establish a trusted relationship with Pathmonk’s clients • Solve customer issues by developing expertise in relevant product areas and by learning to troubleshoot a diverse range of customer issues • Engage 1:1 with customers during launch and with targeted customers to ensure adoption and mature use of Pathmonk • Provide fast, accurate and personalized communication to Pathmonk users through: email, zoom calls and live chat • Maintain our knowledge base to improve the accuracy of the support we provide to customers • Drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the sales team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships • Partner with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers • Help drive customer references and case studies

• Discover & execute new innovative & unique growth marketing campaign ideas to attract prospects and convert leads • Work alongside Pathmonk’s Growth team globally to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact • Manage the pipeline of experiment testing opportunities to ensure we’re maximizing our testing velocity; Set growth campaign goals & analyze demand generation performance, draw insights and present results to facilitate data driven decisions • Host the Pathmonk Presents Growth Marketing Podcast to drive awareness • Video cutting & editing around the Pathmonk Presents podcast • Design asset creation for Pathmonk Presents podcast

• Update, maintain, and optimize our current website to ensure it meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience. • Make sure the websites run at all times and are stable in their performance, and fix any issues or bugs. • Implement SEO best practices and XML Schema optimization to boost our online presence and user engagement. • Craft a design system to enhance user experience and brand recognition. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve website loading times. • Ensure that our website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
