• Design, plan, and implement secure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless environments. • Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. • Monitor network performance, analyze bandwidth usage, and proactively troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and availability issues. • Support incident management and provide Level 2/3 technical support for network and infrastructure environments. • Implement and manage security controls, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection solutions. • Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards and cybersecurity best practices. • Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity. • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams to improve network architecture, scalability, and reliability. • Support cloud networking initiatives and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure). • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and network security standards. • Act as backup support for the network team when needed, ensuring operational continuity.

• Administer, configure, and optimize GTM and business applications, including HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Maildoso, Zoom, Octave, and AI tools. • Build and manage workflows in Clay for account research, enrichment, prospecting, CRM updates, and campaign personalization. • Support HubSpot administration, including data hygiene, segmentation, workflows, imports, exports, and reporting. • Translate business requirements into automated workflows, system configurations, and scalable processes. • Support outbound campaign operations using GTM tools and email platforms. • Manage and optimize email sending infrastructure, including inbox setup, account warm-up, and deliverability best practices. • Develop workflows that connect marketing and sales activities across systems (CRM, campaigns, events, engagement data). • Support AI-driven workflows for research, personalization, and operational productivity. • Evaluate, configure, and implement third-party applications, ensuring proper usage and adoption. • Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, integrations, systems, and data quality. • Create documentation and SOPs to ensure maintainability and process standardization. • Serve as a hands-on partner to stakeholders, helping translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services in AWS cloud environments, following best practices for scalability, security, and performance. • Develop and evolve microservices architectures and RESTful API integrations to support distributed systems. • Build, test, and deploy applications using TypeScript and JavaScript as primary languages, with Python as a secondary language. • Implement automation, orchestration, and integration layers using Hyperscript to streamline workflows and system interactions. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements. • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and infrastructure issues in cloud-based environments. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software architecture, development practices, and cloud operations. • Document solutions, integrations, and technical decisions to support maintainability and knowledge sharing. • Interact with middle and senior technical stakeholders during architecture discussions, incident resolution, and solution design reviews.

• Provide daily support, administration and maintenance of the SAP PI/PO applications and systems under your responsibility. • Develop, maintain and improve integrations and business processes between SAP and non‑SAP systems. • Troubleshoot PI/PO integrations with SAP backend systems, including failure analysis, performance adjustments, interface tuning and alert monitoring. • Configure and maintain technical objects in SAP PI/PO, such as configuration scenarios, parties, interface and receiver determinations, sender and receiver agreements, and iFlows. • Develop end‑to‑end integrations using SAP PI/PO, including creation of Message Types, Message Interfaces, Message Mappings and Service Interfaces in the Enterprise Services Builder. • Configure SAP B2B adapters such as FTP, SFTP, VANs and AS2. • Develop user-defined functions (UDFs) using Java. • Work through the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, technical design, development and unit testing to support for integrated testing. • Support the IT Service Desk in resolving incidents related to SAP PI/PO. • Monitor, edit and reprocess IDocs in SAP ECC. • Analyze business requirements, review existing systems and translate requests into efficient, scalable technical solutions. • Participate in integration projects as required, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and adherence to defined standards. • Maintain close, collaborative relationships with IT teams, information security, vendors and business stakeholders.
