• Partner directly with customers and with our Solution Architecture/Customer Success teams on L2/L3 escalations—communicating findings, driving root-cause analysis, and resolving complex packaging, deployment, upgrade, and runtime issues across heterogeneous Kubernetes environments. • Drive issues to resolution by reproducing problems locally, isolating root causes, and coordinating fixes with engineering—then documenting learnings in crisp RCAs that become actionable improvements • Build and maintain diagnostics tooling including support bundles, health checks, environment validators, and "what changed?" helpers that make future troubleshooting 10x faster • Own the test automation infrastructure roadmap, improving CI stability, reducing flaky tests, and creating reproducible integration/e2e environments that catch issues before customers do • Establish and maintain performance baselines and regression tests that serve as actionable gates, helping teams catch scale and latency issues early • Improve installation and upgrade robustness by identifying recurring failure modes and eliminating them through product changes, automation, and guardrails • Write production-quality code in Python, Go, or Rust for internal tooling and product improvements that directly enhance reliability • Close the reliability feedback loop by systematically turning field issues into better tests, observability, documentation, and product defaults—measuring success through reduced time-to-resolution and fewer repeat incidents

• Own the technical software architecture across our platform ecosystem—Infrahub, and future products—to ensure clean, extensible design that scales gracefully with customer growth • Lead strategic initiatives hands-on, implementing high-impact architectural improvements to our graph database engine, backend services, and core platform components • Drive systematic reduction of technical debt by establishing architectural standards, identifying areas that will create problems at scale, and guiding the team through thoughtful evolution of the codebase • Champion and implement AI-first engineering practices across the team—establishing how we leverage AI in day-to-day development, ensuring our codebase and platform work seamlessly with AI tooling, and designing product capabilities that make it easier for customers to build AI-powered automation on Infrahub • Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, RFC/design doc creation, and mentorship—elevating the entire engineering team's capabilities and decision-making • Collaborate with Product, Head of Engineering, and CTO to anticipate scaling challenges before they arrive, translating business roadmap into technical strategy and ensuring our software architecture enables rather than constrains product innovation • Work closely with engineers through implementation phases, ensuring architectural decisions are properly understood and executed while maintaining high velocity and code quality

• Lead Onboarding end‑to‑end—from kickoff to a live, secured, and populated Infrahub deployment—then extend with additional use cases. • Own a small portfolio of customer accounts: plan monthly engagement, run structured rituals, and act as a trusted technical partner all year. • Provide technical support: triage, investigate, reproduce, and escalate to Engineering; communicate crisply with customers throughout. • Drive technical discovery and advisory: assess environments and maturity; guide schema design, integration patterns, and architecture to unlock adoption. • Champion adoption and expansion: identify and shape new use cases; enable internal customer advocates; co‑present in demos and exec briefings—often with French‑speaking stakeholder groups. • Build reusable engineering assets—schema templates, integration patterns, deployment scripts, and shared tooling—that scale quality across customers. • Make AI a daily multiplier: codify prompts, patterns, and agent workflows that accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery; contribute to our internal AI substrate. • Create and improve documentation and customer evidence (guides, how‑tos, reference architectures, case studies) in French and English; represent OpsMill at webinars, events, and panels; feed recurring field patterns into Product and enable the SA team.

• Lead the technical win across the full pre-sales cycle: discovery, qualification, solution design, PoC delivery, and technical close, partnered with the field team but driving the technical narrative • Run killer discovery calls that uncover the real problem beneath the stated problem, identifying where a customer's automation stack is fundamentally broken at the data layer • Design and build custom PoCs that demonstrate Infrahub solving real infrastructure challenges, not canned demos, but tailored proof that this works for them • Own the technical relationship with key customer stakeholders from hands-on engineers to Directors of Infrastructure, adapting your message without losing credibility at either end • Qualify hard and fast: recognise when a prospect isn't a fit, disqualify cleanly, and keep the pipeline healthy rather than full of noise • Partner with technology alliances: network vendors, systems integrators, automation tooling companies, to build joint solutions and expand our reach through the ecosystem • Bridge field and product: bring structured customer insight back to engineering and product teams, turning customer pain into roadmap priorities • Build the technical community through demo content, blog posts, reference architectures, and conference appearances that make OpsMill the authoritative voice in infrastructure automation

• Lead new business acquisition across Region, owning the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation through close. • Build and manage a healthy, self-sourced and inbound/partner-augmented pipeline with 2 - 3x coverage, converting product-led signals into qualified opportunities. • Translate OpsMill’s positioning and unique differentiators into crisp value narratives and quantified outcomes for VP/CTO sponsors and technical buyers. • Execute with rigor using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC: mutual evaluation plans, economic buyer alignment, defined metrics, and clear next steps. • Forecast with precision; drive weekly deal reviews, stage hygiene, and data quality in Attio; define and track the right funnel metrics to improve conversion. • Partner closely with the COO, Solutions Architects, and Product to shape evaluations and feed field insights into messaging, roadmap, and enablement. • Codify and iterate the sales playbook; prospecting patterns, talk tracks, and assets to make the motion repeatable and scalable. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prospecting, and call preparation; experiment, measure impact, and share best practices with the team.
