Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding our distributor network in Europe, MENA, and other important markets. Focused on supporting clinical adoption and revenue growth for our innovative neurorehabilitation technology, this role blends partner enablement with deep therapeutic understanding. You will work closely with local distributors to support their sales efforts, provide training, and ensure our solutions are positioned with strong clinical credibility. The ideal candidate brings solid experience managing distribution partners in our target geographic markets, ideally in the rehabilitation category or another sophisticated medical technology. This role is location-flexible and can be based anywhere within Europe. Responsibilities - Identify, onboard, and support distribution partners in alignment with our go-to-market strategy. - Provide in-depth product and clinical training to ensure partners can confidently represent and support our solutions withing clinical and home use settings. - Collaborate with distributors on territory plans, including therapy awareness, market education, adoption strategies and revenue targets. - Monitor performance and provide strategic guidance to optimize partner focus and execution. - Step in directly where needed to support underperforming regions or address market-specific challenges. - Support local partners on after-sales efforts in product setup, follow-up training, and therapy pathway development. - Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, tenders, and reimbursement processes. - Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, rehabilitation clinics and patients’ organizations through and alongside distribution partners. - Represent the company at international trade shows and events to support market visibility and partner engagement. - Act as the voice of the field by sharing partner insights, clinical feedback, and regulatory inputs with internal teams. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory to ensure aligned execution in each market. Experience, Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, rehabilitation, or related field; background as a Physical or Occupational Therapist is a strong plus. - Proven experience managing distribution partners in the EMEA and MENA regions, ideally in rehabilitation, DME, or related medical fields. - Strong knowledge of therapy delivery models in both clinical and home settings. - Experience supporting the launch of novel, non-reimbursed healthcare technologies. - Skilled in developing joint business plans, monitoring sales funnels, and managing partner performance. - Confident delivering product and therapy training to partners and healthcare professionals. - Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus. - Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable operating across diverse cultures and healthcare systems. - Willingness to travel up to 75% for partner visits, events, and regional support. Job Summary The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading the launch of our innovative neurorehabilitation technology in the DACH region. This field-based role will encompass revenue generation, market development, KOL engagement, and tactical execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing patient care through cutting edge solutions, possess strong sales skills, and have a deep understanding of the rehabilitation industry. Responsibilities - Identify and target potential customers, including in and out patient providers of neurorehabilitation and research institutions. - Engage healthcare professionals in the neurology and rehabilitation fields to raise awareness and drive adoption. - Deliver product training, clinical support, and guidance to ensure effective use of our technology and integration into therapy routines. - Conduct in-depth product presentations and hands-on demonstrations with clinicians and care teams. - Monitor regional market dynamics and gather clinical and market insights to inform strategy and support continuous improvement. - Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clinical stakeholders. - Develop a comprehensive after-sales strategy to drive device utilization and foster long-term customer engagement. - Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. - Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams including medical affairs, marketing, and product development to ensure coordinated field execution. - Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and rehabilitation forums to enhance visibility and credibility. - Maintain accurate documentation of field activity and interactions using Salesforce.com or equivalent tools. - Serve as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries and clinical feedback. As a US Sales Operations Specialist at ONWARD Medical, you will play a critical role in enabling commercial success by supporting and optimizing sales execution across systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows. This role will serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate quoting, strong pipeline visibility, and efficient order execution. You will be responsible for managing core sales operations functions including CRM (Salesforce) support, quote generation, reporting, and coordination of order fulfillment processes. In addition, you will help with design and improve scalable commercial processes as well as to support continued growth. This role is essential to improving revenue predictability, operational efficiency, and overall sales effectiveness. Job Summary As a Customer Support Specialist at ONWARD Medical, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sale support and customer experience for US clinics, home users, and therapy teams. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, coordinating onboarding and support activities, and managing customer feedback and potential complaints. You will play a critical role in supporting ONWARD’s growing commercial footprint, including Home Use and VA programs. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all stages of product use. As a Field Clinical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the on-site execution of our first pivotal clinical study for our active implantable medical device, collaborating closely with hospital staff, including physiotherapists, and various study partners. Acting as the crucial link between healthcare facilities and our company, you will enhance our understanding of SCI and neurological rehabilitation practices. Your primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with investigational sites, providing comprehensive technical support, and ensuring the highest level of compliance and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. Responsibilities - Implement and coordinate clinical study activities in hospitals within your respective region, ensuring a seamless and efficient execution of study protocols. - Provide technical, clinical, and neuromodulation programming assistance, staff education, and technical troubleshooting. - Assist in the training of sites and study staff on technical aspects of the study protocol and procedures. - Assist sites with pre-screening activities to ensure appropriate candidates for study inclusion. - Proficient in complex programming, case support. - Assist in after-hours call support and activities. - Provide feedback to providers both within operating room setting and outside operating room setting on the directions for use specific to implantable devices. - Foster high-trust relationships with customers, including the regional team members. - Collaborate with clinical centers and the ONWARD medical clinical and regulatory team to guarantee the smooth enrollment of subjects and maintain the highest quality data collection in accordance with GCP requirements. - Work closely with study vendors, and CRAs to coordinate site-level activities and facilitate timely compliance with study protocol procedures, as well as the accurate reporting of data. - Collaborate with the Product Development team to facilitate the transfer of comprehensive technical knowledge to the clinical team and study centers. Conversely, contribute by bringing valuable insights from rehabilitation practices, clinical expertise, and user feedback back to the company. - Manage efficient device-related Quality reporting. - Document any key compliance actions. - Provide hands-on technical and clinical training and support on-site during study-related surgical operations or rehabilitation procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of medical devices. - Maintain current knowledge and comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Experience, Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree or technical certification; engineering background preferred. - Minimum 3 years of clinical field experience with direct physician interaction in operating room environments, including engagement with Key Opinion Leaders. - Minimum 3 years of experience with spinal cord stimulation (SCS) or other implantable medical devices; experience in neurological rehabilitation is a plus. - Prior patient interaction experience in a healthcare-related environment preferred. - Demonstrated experience supporting clinical research studies (pre- and/or post-market) in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. - Strong commitment to patient safety, protocol adherence, and Class III regulatory requirements. - Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency. - Effective communicator able to translate complex topics for diverse clinical and technical audiences. - Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with unpredictable schedules. - Willingness to travel up to 75%, including occasional international travel.
