• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global eCommerce, the Global eCommerce Associate Manager will execute the digital shopping experience across OLAPLEX’s global markets. • Responsible for translating the brand’s scientific prestige into a localized, high-converting digital storefront across various global regions. • Lead the site merchandising strategy for our locales, ensuring that the OLAPLEX journey is seamless, educational, and optimized for growth. • Manage the end-to-end setup of promotions across all Shopify stores • Optimize site navigation, search functionality, and collection sorting based on regional trends and seasonality • Manage and maintain site features & functionality that are integral to the user experience, including but not limited to the Hair Quiz, Subscribe & Save, etc • Execute localization strategies, ensuring copy, imagery, and currency are tailored to specific market nuances while maintaining global brand integrity • Utilize data from Google Analytics 4 and Shopify to monitor KPIs (Conversion Rate, AOV, and Bounce Rate) per region • Conduct frequent A/B testing on product page layouts and homepage banners to improve the path to purchase • Perform regular site audits to ensure 100% accuracy in pricing, links, and asset rendering across all devices • Partner with the Creative team to brief localized assets that resonate with international audiences • Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to align site content with paid media and email campaigns • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and competitor movements in the global prestige hair care space.
Senior Distribution Manager

About the Role: The Corporate Tax Manager will report directly to the Vice President - Tax. The tax manager will provide support in all areas of income tax provision and compliance. Key partners include outside tax advisors and the OLAPLEX accounting team.
