• Provide guidance and support related to system architecture and system processes with the interoperability between ESCO and EURES/Europass • Definition of a strategy to gain efficiency in IT operations for the Project • Preparation and maintenance of Architecture design and technical documentation • Coordination and review of current system processes • Participate in workshops and meetings with external stakeholders • Assistance with the evaluation of systems to find out discrepancies and vulnerabilities • Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers • Analysis of the integration of different information systems • Data analysis and data modelling • Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture • Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers • Production of software architecture documents • Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users • Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting • Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture • Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud • Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.

• Design test scenarios/cases for functional, integration, usability, and performance testing based on business and technical requirements • Maintain existing test suite (manual) • Build test plan, perform test execution, report issues, and perform quality checks after issue resolution • Participate in manual regression testing • Participate in user story clarifications • Review test scenarios, scripts, and test data developed by other team members • Document testing activities (management of test execution results in test management tool, contribute to creation of test reports and quality assurance metrics)

• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of the client’s International Protection in Europe (DIP) system and related artefacts • Installation, support and security-related upgrades of Drupal websites on EUAA’s environments • Development of custom modules, plugins, templates and other custom functionality • Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of Drupal websites, web pages and navigation methods • Provide support before, during and after any deployment or implementation of new features • Provide internal trainings related to the system(s), if needed • Support during testing procedures if necessary • Produce and maintain technical and system documentation • Integrate the system(s) with other Drupal systems and third-party custom applications, platforms or services • Migrate data from SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 to Drupal • Administer, configure, support and maintain the application(s) and the underlying infrastructure • Contribute to the implementation and the documentation of controls and processes for pro-active maintenance • Performance of any other activities in the scope of maintenance, implementation and bug fixing for Drupal based applications.

• Architectural Design & Adaptation: Define or adjust the existing architecture to align with the specific requirements of DataHub platform’s, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Data Modelling & Normalisation: Conduct thorough data analysis, create Entity‑Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and apply Boyce‑Codd Normal Form (BCNF) to guarantee optimal data structure and minimal redundancy. • Technical Support for Integration Teams: Assist the technical teams that use the DataHub platform by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best‑practice recommendations during system integration activities. • Issue Resolution: Identify, analyse, and resolve technical problems that arise during the operation of the solution, ensuring minimal disruption to services. • Component & Building‑Block Development: Design and develop reusable architecture components and building blocks that can be leveraged across multiple projects and modules. • Collaboration & Communication: Participate actively in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user‑focused sessions to convey architectural decisions, gather feedback, and align expectations.

• Review and update the Data Governance Framework, including governance principles, roles, decision rights and supporting artefacts. • Review and update the Data Management Strategy, including target operating model, roadmap and prioritised initiatives (short to medium term). • Maintain, update and enhance the Data Catalogue, including metadata quality improvements and coordination with business stakeholders and data owners. • Support the definition and communication of modern best practices in data governance and data management, including AI governance practices, and contribute to adoption through guidance and enablement materials. • Perform additional ad-hoc data governance tasks as requested by the client, within the scope of the Contract.

• Provide expert advice and assistance in various areas related to database technology • Oversee the administration of all database services in ICT environments • Ensure seamless integration with specific applications • Continue improvement and optimization of requests from applications to database systems • Advise and assist developers in best practices for interfacing with and querying databases • Conduct security studies and assessments related to ICT applications • Review Information Systems Database Architectures

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test cases for Moodle-based platforms • Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT) • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using PHPUnit and related testing frameworks • Validate Moodle plugins, themes, and custom developments • Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems • Conduct API testing , database validation, and performance testing • Collaborate with developers, instructional designers, and product teams • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or similar • Ensure compliance with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, LTI) • Participate in release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiative
