The most important qualification for this role is an open mind! We believe healing happens in relationships and NSC is committed to ensuring uncompromising empathy is woven throughout every aspect of our compassionate patient-led care model. The ideal candidate has personal lived experience with AUD diagnosis and/or treatment, is a veteran, and is able to work a flexible, full-time (40 hours/week) or part time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday hours. We provide training and mentoring for all candidates who meet the qualifications and demonstrate a commitment and passion for NSC mission and values. This position is 100% remote and will report directly to NSC’s VP of Clinical Operations. We are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule and are willing to work evenings and weekends. NSC offers competitive wages and benefits packages, and for this full-time, 40 hours/per week, we are offering $50k/year starting salary, or part time, we are offering $24/hour. • Conduct teletherapy sessions with NorthStar Care patients • Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their genetic and diagnostic testing results • Deliver progress updates and collaborate with the care team to ensure effective care coordination • Provide counseling and support for patients with co-occurring issues in addition to AUD • Utilize the NorthStar Care mobile app to stay connected with patients and the care coordination team between appointments • Attend regular team meetings and participate in training opportunities to stay up-to-date on latest treatment approaches and technologies • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in the company's electronic health record system
