• Drive sales and revenue through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships. • Identify, engage, and onboard employee benefit brokers to include our identity protection solution in their portfolio. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular communication, in-person meetings, and virtual touchpoints. • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution. • Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts. • Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility. • Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations. • Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development. • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials: the Foundation Data Model (ledgers, accounts, cost centers, worktags), General Ledger, journals, and related financial accounting setup • Build and manage Prism Analytics data ingestion — connecting external/operational source systems, designing datasets and derived datasets, and developing transformation pipelines to blend non-Workday data with Workday data • Design and maintain Accounting Center configuration — mapping operational data to accounting rules, generating journals from transactional inputs, and supporting reconciliation back to the source • Analyze business requirements and system integrations within the Workday Financials architecture and middleware, and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data validation routines across Financials and Prism • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders to gather requirements, run fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable configuration • Manage security configuration (domain and business process security policies) for financial and Prism data • Document configuration, processes, and accounting rule logic for audit and knowledge-transfer purposes.

• Research, identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities across the US, focusing on those with clear revenue potential and measurable ROAS • Present growth proposals and performance projections to stakeholders, outlining potential impact, timelines and ROI • Monitor local market activity and competitor movements; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams • Create and share concise market reports that highlight key US trends, opportunities and challenges • Offer local perspective and feedback to ensure campaigns and messaging resonate with US audiences • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance and creative teams to help prioritize and activate opportunities efficiently.

• Act as the principal subject‑matter expert for Threat Intelligence and assist in setting the team's research direction • Translate research into new or improved protection vectors for the NordVPN Threat Protection product • Collaborate with Marketing and PR to provide data-driven context on cybersecurity trends • Share concise, evidence‑based insights on social channels about emerging threats • Contribute to scripting of short‑form video explainers; participate on camera when needed • Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to improve ML-based Threat Intelligence • Recommend and help to onboard new tools, data sources, and processes that increase Threat Intelligence efficiency and consistency • Mentor and coach junior researchers

• Design and operate globally distributed backend services • Make architectural decisions on internal service integrations • Manage the full lifecycle: planning, implementation, monitoring • Maintain infrastructure tooling and automation • Contribute to engineering standards and documentation • Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into engineering workflows

• Design, code, and maintain data curation and ingestion services for the Threat Intelligence team. • Provide, get buy-in, and carry on implementation for future-proof architectural solutions, including distributed computing pipelines, micro-services, contracts, databases, and data flows. • Active participation in code reviews and feedback, sharing knowledge, and ensuring high quality of technical requirements and documentation. • Design new services that are needed to provide quality feeds. • Ensure keeping your code up-to-date according to teams' coding standards and code quality, and have a result-first attitude while still delivering maintainable, readable, testable, secure, DRY, SOLID, KISS code (Pareto rule). • Always think big, provide and discuss new ideas in terms of the product and field of cybersecurity. • Provide technical leadership and guidance.

• Collaborate with a talented team to deliver advanced Threat Protection features for the NordVPN application, enhancing our customers’ digital security; • Develop new software features and continuously improve existing functionalities by reviewing, optimizing, debugging; • Work across a diverse range of software components, including drivers, system extensions, libraries, tools, and native applications; • Ensure the quality of your work through comprehensive testing using appropriate and effective methods; • Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback on performance, logic, and maintainability to maintain a high standard of code quality and consistency.

• Deploy and manage globally distributed VPN and DNS services • Ensure connection quality, stability, and performance across the entire node fleet • Collaborate with application teams on client connectivity and protocol behavior • Optimize VPN service performance - kernel tuning, flamechart analysis, profiling • Manage security posture - firewalls, PKI, certificate lifecycle, hardening • Manage authentication and authorization infrastructure • Own configuration management and automated provisioning of infrastructure • Clear written incident communication and postmortem ownership

• Design, build, and improve monitoring pipelines and observability tooling across globally distributed infrastructure • Define and implement service-level monitoring based on golden signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) • Reduce alert fatigue - build meaningful, actionable alerts that engineers trust • Develop and maintain custom exporters, scripts, and integrations for metrics and log collection • Collaborate with the data team on anomaly detection and data-driven operational insights • Understand service signals - know what to measure, why, and what the numbers actually mean
