Role Description Ninety is at an inflection point: the product is evolving quickly, and the business is ready to level up how we take new capabilities to market. We’re opening a new Head of Engineering role for someone who can build repeatable systems and raise the bar for what “great” software engineering looks like in a lean, high-impact environment. - Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned to company objectives, product roadmap, and long-term platform scalability. - Lead the evolution of the company’s technology organization as it adapts to an increasingly AI-enabled product and operational future. - Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization. - Establish strong engineering operating principles grounded in agile development, iterative delivery, rapid feedback loops, and continuous improvement. - Drive execution excellence across planning, prioritization, delivery predictability, operational reliability, and technical quality. - Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, Stakeholders, and Executive Leadership to translate ambiguous business opportunities into executable strategies. - Create a culture that balances speed, innovation, customer impact, and long-term technical sustainability. - Own architecture evolution and technical decision-making, ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, resilient, and adaptable. - Lead adoption of AI technologies across both the product portfolio and internal engineering workflows where they create measurable leverage. - Develop engineering managers and technical leaders capable of scaling with the organization. - Establish metrics, processes, and organizational mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution consistency. - Ensure engineering practices support enterprise-grade security, compliance, reliability, and customer trust expectations. - Drive recruiting and organizational design strategies to attract and retain exceptional engineering talent. - Foster strong cross-functional collaboration while helping the organization operate effectively through rapid change and ambiguity. Qualifications - Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations within high-growth SaaS environments, ideally through Series B/C stages. - Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through periods of rapid growth, ambiguity, and organizational evolution. - Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in architecture, systems design, platform strategy, and engineering tradeoff discussions. - Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into products, platforms, workflows, or engineering operations. - Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and platform reliability. - Strong commitment to agile development principles, iterative/incremental execution, continuous delivery, and customer-centered product development. - Demonstrated success building high-performing engineering cultures that emphasize ownership, accountability, collaboration, and learning. - Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering managers and senior technical leaders. - Ability to create structure and drive execution in environments where requirements and priorities may evolve rapidly. - Strong communication and executive alignment skills, including the ability to translate complex technical topics into business outcomes. - Experience balancing short-term execution needs with long-term architectural and organizational health. - Strong product and business orientation with a focus on measurable customer and company impact. - Experience establishing engineering processes, metrics, and operational mechanisms appropriate for scaling organizations. - High degree of adaptability, pragmatism, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with incomplete information. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed. Requirements - This won’t be a fit if you prefer highly structured environments with fully defined requirements, stable priorities, and long planning horizons before execution begins. - Separating engineering from product, business, or customer outcomes rather than operating as a deeply cross-functional partner. - Optimizing primarily for process, hierarchy, or organizational control over speed, adaptability, and pragmatic execution. - Maintaining legacy approaches without actively exploring how AI can transform products, engineering workflows, and organizational leverage. - Narrowly managing existing teams instead of building, evolving, and scaling organizations through ambiguity and change. - Perfection-driven delivery models that delay customer feedback rather than embracing iterative development, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

You'll work directly from our content plan to build and execute strategic, high-quality content that drives measurable engagement and increases Ninety’s SOV (Share of Voice). Ideal Candidate - Understands how to translate a broader content strategy into effective social media content. - Brings fresh ideas while also following brand and campaign direction. - Is comfortable experimenting with different content formats, including graphics, video, and short-form storytelling. - Pays attention to social trends and knows how to apply them thoughtfully to brand content. - Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Nice to Have - Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Spout Social, VistaSocial, Hubspot). - Video production or editing experience. - Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing. - Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth company environment.
Role Description The Partner Relationship Manager role is purpose-built for deep relationship work with Ninety’s most valuable partners – the coaches and consultants who are actively building their practices on our platform. Your job is simple in framing and demanding in execution: be the human these partners want to call, follow up with, and trust. You will own a defined portfolio of high-value relationships, focused entirely on retention, engagement, and growth within the existing partner community. - Own a portfolio of partners — coaches and consultants with the greatest revenue potential and strategic fit. - Conduct quarterly strategic business reviews with key partners, identifying growth opportunities, removing friction, and deepening engagement. - Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to partners — helping them succeed with Ninety’s platform, grow their practice, and drive referrals and expansions. - Build strong relationships with channel partner leadership teams to drive increased platform use, awareness, and reselling of Ninety. - Utilize partner feedback systems to improve the partnership experience. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for partner needs and translate insights into action. - Partner closely with Head of Partnerships to surface partner feedback on product, systems and processes. - Partner with support teams to enable portfolio of partners to successfully use all partner systems. - Manage a defined portfolio of approximately 200 partners, prioritized by revenue contribution and strategic fit. What Does Success Look Like Success in this role looks like a partner community that feels genuinely supported – coaches who know who to call, get followed up with consistently, and deepen their trust in and referrals to Ninety over time. You’ll know you’re winning when partner retention is strong, engagement is growing within your partner portfolio, and partners are voluntarily referring new business because of the relationship. - Retain: Ensure top-tier partners are deeply engaged, well-supported at the strategic level, and growing their use of Ninety (coach support excellence, advocacy, and partner health). - Expand: Grow depth of engagement within your existing partner portfolio – more referrals originating from trusted relationships and more partners moving up-tier over time. You’ll know you’re winning when: - Partners report white-glove engagement and are actively co-selling and/or referring new business. - Partner retention within your book holds or improves quarter-over-quarter. - Partners proactively reach out to you as their PRM, not just when something breaks. Qualifications - Proven experience in partnership management, partner success, business development, or strategic account management — ideally in a SaaS environment with a relationship-heavy coach or consultant audience. - Strong ability to build trust and credibility quickly with partner leadership and their teams. - Data-driven mindset: comfortable prioritizing and making decisions to drive referrals and engagement based on CRM data and metrics. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all interpersonal levels. - Comfortable with Hubspot sequences and other engagement automation tools to maximize strategic impact. - Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a portfolio of high-stakes relationships with limited oversight. - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of urgency to make things happen.
