• Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards across the Oracle Fusion reporting ecosystem. • Build and optimize reports using tools such as BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Narrative Reporting, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). • Create self-service analyses and visualizations using OAC Data Visualization (DV). • Develop reporting and analytics using Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). • Extract and stage Fusion data for downstream reporting using BI Cloud Connector (BICC). • Develop ad-hoc analyses and reports using Oracle Smart View for Office, including against EPM/financial reporting cubes. • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI. • Build paginated/pixel-perfect operational reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Power BI paginated reports. • Create and maintain Excel-based reporting using Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. • Translate business and functional requirements into clear, accurate, and performant reporting solutions. • Tune report performance, troubleshoot data and rendering issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Document report specifications, data sources, and design decisions. • Collaborate with functional teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to validate outputs. • Advise on the appropriate reporting technology for a given use case and recommend reporting best practices.

• Requirements & design: gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion PPM and translate them into functional designs and configuration specifications. • Configuration: configure and maintain Fusion PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Control, Project Management, Grants Management, and Task/Resource Management. • Subject matter expertise: serve as the go-to expert on PPM processes, best practices, and Oracle Cloud quarterly release features, advising the business on impacts and opportunities. • Integrations: define and manage integrations between PPM and other Fusion modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM) as well as third-party systems, coordinating with technical teams on data flows and reconciliations. • Testing: develop test scripts, lead SIT/UAT cycles, validate configurations against requirements, and manage defect resolution through to sign-off. • Release management: support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by assessing new features, performing regression testing, and communicating changes to stakeholders. • Production support: provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs. • Documentation & training: create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, training materials, and end-user documentation. • Stakeholder collaboration: partner with finance, project delivery, PMO, and IT teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of PPM processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. • Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.

• Assist with defining business processes and scenarios, attending and participating in team training, attending and participating in prototyping sessions, reviewing and providing feedback on all material for the Payroll module. • Analyze existing system issues and perform troubleshooting to identify root cause and possible solutions • Assist in running payroll processes and help resolve issues as they occur • Assist in running year end processes • Read existing documentation and configuration to understand how the payroll system is configured • Recommend the adoption or rejection of new functionality as it is made available by the Oracle. • Participate in design sessions for new system enhancements. • Assist with defining test scenarios, review system test results, record test results, and provide feedback, develop user acceptance test scripts, coordinate the execution of user acceptance test and record test results. • Define process-based training scenarios, review training materials and provide feedback, serve as a resource to answer questions during core end-user training, conduct training sessions. • Participate in activities related to production cutover - including the review of a production cutover script, participate in the development and assessment of go-live readiness items, and identify contingencies and workarounds. • Serve as the internal primary point of contact for the Payroll module. • Create, maintain and update documentation, policies, procedures, training guides, etc. on a regular basis. • Have ownership and accountability for engaging outlying departments/divisions in discussions centered on current and proposed process changes.

• Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native database security solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Drive end-to-end solution ownership, from architecture through deployment and ongoing operations • Partner with OCI engineering teams to influence product direction based on real-world customer requirements • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions • Act as a subject matter expert in database security across customer engagements and internal initiatives • Support strategic customer engagements, including pre-sales architecture, solution positioning, and technical advisory • Continuously improve existing security offerings, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation • Advocate for security best practices aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.) • Operate within a DevSecOps model, enabling secure adoption of cloud database technologies • Stay at the forefront of cloud and database security trends, ensuring Oracle solutions remain competitive and forward-looking
