• Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards across the Oracle Fusion reporting ecosystem. • Build and optimize reports using tools such as BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Narrative Reporting, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). • Create self-service analyses and visualizations using OAC Data Visualization (DV). • Develop reporting and analytics using Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). • Extract and stage Fusion data for downstream reporting using BI Cloud Connector (BICC). • Develop ad-hoc analyses and reports using Oracle Smart View for Office, including against EPM/financial reporting cubes. • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI. • Build paginated/pixel-perfect operational reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Power BI paginated reports. • Create and maintain Excel-based reporting using Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. • Translate business and functional requirements into clear, accurate, and performant reporting solutions. • Tune report performance, troubleshoot data and rendering issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Document report specifications, data sources, and design decisions. • Collaborate with functional teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to validate outputs. • Advise on the appropriate reporting technology for a given use case and recommend reporting best practices.
Oracle Fusion PPM Subject Matter Expert – Functional Analyst

• Requirements & design: gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion PPM and translate them into functional designs and configuration specifications. • Configuration: configure and maintain Fusion PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Control, Project Management, Grants Management, and Task/Resource Management. • Subject matter expertise: serve as the go-to expert on PPM processes, best practices, and Oracle Cloud quarterly release features, advising the business on impacts and opportunities. • Integrations: define and manage integrations between PPM and other Fusion modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM) as well as third-party systems, coordinating with technical teams on data flows and reconciliations. • Testing: develop test scripts, lead SIT/UAT cycles, validate configurations against requirements, and manage defect resolution through to sign-off. • Release management: support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by assessing new features, performing regression testing, and communicating changes to stakeholders. • Production support: provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs. • Documentation & training: create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, training materials, and end-user documentation. • Stakeholder collaboration: partner with finance, project delivery, PMO, and IT teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of PPM processes.

HCM Payroll Functional Analyst/SME
