Dynamics CRM Developer – Junior

Nexer Enterprise Applications

• The professional will work on the development and maintenance of solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, focusing on supporting the team's technical and functional demands. • Create and modify entities, forms, fields, and relationships in Dynamics CRM. • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET. • Implement business rules and automations with Power Automate (when applicable). • Customize interfaces with JavaScript to improve the user experience. • Assist in integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems via Web API. • Work with Dynamics 365 APIs to consume and send data. • Document processes, features, and changes made to the system. • Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and propose technical improvements. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure deliveries meet expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# / .NET, with a focus on programming logic.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, especially for form and interface customizations in Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK and using Visual Studio for development.
  • Data modeling and understanding of entities, relationships, and custom fields within the CRM.
  • Introductory knowledge of the Power Platform.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, identifying and fixing simple errors.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, especially in Agile environments.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, open to feedback and technical growth.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset, even for simple tasks.
  • Adaptation to business processes, respecting rules and flows defined by clients.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge of Azure.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Participation in real projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
