Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects that support organizational goals. This role manages cross-functional teams, drives project timelines, and ensures deliverables meet quality, scope, and budget expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who has foundational project experience and is ready to take full ownership of project delivery. Role and Responsibilities Client Delivery • Participate in client-facing delivery discussions during implementation phases • Lead kickoff sessions, milestone checkpoints, and readiness reviews • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports • Review statements of work for accuracy and clarification of work efforts • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items, and dependencies • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication, ensuring customer satisfaction • Identify, assess, document and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate issues internally as warranted • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed Capacity & Financial Management • Reinforce delivery expectations and scope boundaries established in approved SOWs • Ensure delivery communications remain aligned with implementation commitments • Track planned versus actual effort and highlight delivery variances • Provide visibility into budget consumption and margin performance during implementation • Partner with Finance and Delivery leadership to assess forecast impacts and mitigation options • Escalate risks to budget, margin, or capacity in a timely and structured manner Transition Readiness • Coordinate implementation closeout and transition readiness activities • Ensure required documentation, access, and knowledge artifacts are completed • Support defined post-go-live stabilization activities as outlined in implementation scope • Confirm delivery completion prior to formal handoff PMO Standards • Review of deliverables and work product to ensure quality assurance • Ensure adherence to company policy, procedures as well as PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements Qualification & Education Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in business / IT or related field or equivalent work experience required · 4-7 years of experience · Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet, including dashboards, templates, reporting and automation; Smartsheet certification required. · Demonstrated application of project management methodologies and tools; proficiency in Smartsheet across full client project lifecycle required · Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading client projects while delivering expected results · Effective communication and interpersonal skills (listening, written and verbal communication) with proven ability to build and maintain effective client and colleague relationships at all levels of the organization · Experience in external consulting, customer success or technical support roles · Highly collaborative team player with track record of stepping up to challenges and ensuring success is shared · Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, managing ambiguity, cutting through noise to focus on priorities and delivering results under pressure Preferred Skills · PMP Certification · Change management certification (i.e. Prosci, Change Management Institute) · Knowledge of accounting or finance software packages preferably Deltek Costpoint, Integrify, UltiPro, NetSuite, Adaptive or IBM Cognos products. NeoSystems LLC seeks a sales professional with experience selling both services and products to both commercial organizations and Government Contractors. Services include; Managed (outsourced) Accounting, HR, and IT Services, Hosting/Cloud infrastructure, Systems Integration Services, and Business Process Optimization Services. Product sales include software from Deltek, Adaptive Insights (a Workday company), Nutrient, UKG, SAP/Concur, and more. North America territory with both named accounts and greenfield selling opportunities. Must have a proven record of identifying new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing business opportunities. Must demonstrate a willingness to participate in Sales & Marketing Departmental activities such as trade shows, job fairs, networking within the community. Self-sufficient in scheduling sales calls, mailing supporting material, maintaining calendar, etc. Grow the overall business by adding $4.0M in bookings/revenue in year one by targeting a mix of accounts while calling on C-level executives. Must be willing to travel (estimated at 25% of time). The position includes base with an un-capped commission plan and generous benefits. Role qualifications: • Self-Starter with entrepreneurial mindset • Quick learner that requires minimal support. • Knowledge of government contracting industry. • Manage complex sales cycle through to completion by being organized, taking ownership, communicating clearly, following through, taking direction, making compromises, focusing on quality, addressing prospects concerns, and staying focused on the prospect’s needs. • Must be able to sell a complex mixture of products and services. • 10+ years of prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objectives. • Prior experience selling services in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, human capital management, or IT Services or products such as Deltek, Ultimate S/W, Adaptive, etc. • Contract and proposal development experience • Ability to work well in a team • Diligence, attention to detail, positive attitude, good communication skills • Knowledge of Deltek, IBM (Cognos), HRIS or IT related services & products helpful but not required. • BA in business administration, human capital management, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field; or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Position Responsibilities: • Focuses on selling of Managed Services while cross selling other services like consulting and staff augmentation. • Sales funnel management skills to develop large pipeline and juggle lots of opportunities simultaneously. • Targets midsized companies on the verge of outgrowing their current back office infrastructure. • Owns results, demonstrates initiative, and takes responsibility for work. • Anticipates potential issues and/or opportunities and takes appropriate action. • Looks for opportunities to add value to the client and expand service offerings. • Applies courtesy, tact, and discretion; uses interpersonal skills to build alliances to achieve objectives. • Works effectively independently and in a team. • Acts with internal/external customer satisfaction in mind. • Acts professionally, ethically and with integrity. • Communicates effectively, both written and verbally; asks relevant questions; listens. • Communicates with the audience in mind. • Shares information with appropriate parties and solicits and respects input from others.
