• Assist management and Project Managers with planning, managing, and coordinating assigned projects • Collaborates with technical instructors and SMEs to assess learner needs in each course • Designs the overall narrative arc, rhythms, and patterns of the course that support learner engagement and success • Builds the digital content and courses • Creates eLearning assets using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline or Rise, or game authoring tools • Responsible for evaluating the performance of courses, course elements, and making recommendations for iterative improvement • Prepares course review reports in collaboration with cross-team members • Other duties as assigned

• Contributing to the creative vision, instructional integrity, and production quality of video-based learning experiences. • Leads scripting and on-screen production, collaborating closely with SMEs, technical writers, and learning designers. • Produces video content that effectively supports adult learning objectives. • Oversees planning, talent coaching, quality assurance, and feedback incorporation while ensuring smooth execution of each shoot. • Evaluates and screens on-air talent, conducts interviews or auditions to assess suitability. • Ensures logistics and pre-production planning for each shoot, including coordinating availability of equipment, talent, and locations. • Coaches and directs talent to achieve the best performance.

• The Senior Workforce Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective training and upskilling programs that strengthen the construction workforce. • This role focuses on identifying workforce needs, addressing skills gaps, and supporting career progression through impactful, industry-aligned programs. • Assist with the formulation and execution of growth, sales and marketing strategies for the organization • Work cooperatively with Pearson’s sales and marketing team to formulate and execute growth strategies for both organizations and provide an excellent customer service experience to organizations • Work through industry and nonprofit associations, governmental agencies, contractors and other NCCER stakeholders to promote the value of industry credentials and lifelong learning for construction craft professionals • Collaboratively plan, develop, and implement training and workforce development programs for NCCER incoming and current sponsor network by understanding their specific market, training, and development needs • Leverage state, regional and customer data to competently present on workforce issues facing the construction industry • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information • Assists various NCCER committees as required • Collaborates with the Audit Department regarding investigations and accreditation audits • Oversee Accreditation and Workforce Development cases to ensure follow up within our Service Level Agreement (SLR) • Other duties as assigned.
