• Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to patients and their families • Complete clinical screenings to determine level of care needed • Assist in fielding, screening, and triaging inquiry calls • Educate callers on Rosecrance and engage clients presenting as clinically appropriate • Schedule Access screenings with potential clients and their significant others • Formulate initial diagnostic impression and appropriate recommendations at inquiry and assessment level • Provide case management to assigned patients • Utilize intervention skills as required to place the patient in the appropriate level of treatment services • Document information in the patient service records consistent with laws, rules and regulations

• Provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the use of DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies. • Serve as a clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases. • Conduct training for physicians and care team members on indications and proper use of robotic platforms. • Partner with local ISI sales team, leadership, customer training, and business partners to execute appropriate clinical plan for surgeons and surgical teams.

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management • Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc. • Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas • Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for quota bearing role to follow CTA position • Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
