• Reporting to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you'll own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise partners post-handoff from leadership. • Drive referral activation - move agents from "aware" to "actively referring" through education, tools, and consistent touch points. • Build and execute account plans for each partner, with clear referral volume targets and KPIs. • Organize educational events, run campaigns, and find creative ways to keep Perch top of mind inside partner organizations. • Identify and develop champion agents within each partner. The high-producers who refer consistently and influence their peers. • Track and report on referral activity, pipeline conversion, and co-marketing ROI across your account portfolio. • Collaborate closely with our mortgage agents and customer support to ensure a seamless client handoff experience that earns repeat referrals. • Surface insights from the field, including product gaps, service issues, competitive intel back to leadership and product teams to help ensure performance. You will act as the connector between our product/engineering team. • You'll maintain disciplined daily activity across calling, email, LinkedIn with the opportunity to attend key partner events, team meetings, and industry functions to deepen relationships in person.

• Drive the roadmap for Perch's partner integrations and portals and the API surface that powers them. You'll sit close to partners, understand how their business runs, and build the primitives that let them embed Perch deeply into their workflows. • Own and identify client experiences that sit at the top of the funnel, including landing pages, high conversion tools and lending powered experiences and the in-product touchpoints that shape first impressions. You’ll optimize the acquisition journey, not just the first click. • Own Perch's client lifecycle messaging and CRM infrastructure. On the product side, you'll design and improve the transactional messaging pipeline, building segmented automation flows across audiences and journey stages, integrating them with product events, and iterating based on performance. On the business side, you'll equip sales and partnerships with the CRM tooling, event workflows, and outreach infrastructure they need to open new relationships and deepen existing ones. • Run disciplined experiments in acquisition, conversion, and distribution. Clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, kill criteria. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. This includes emerging surfaces like AI-driven discovery and agentic search, where getting Perch in front of the next generation of homebuyers is an open problem we're solving.

• Own the technical execution of systems and make sure they evolve in a predictable, well-structured way. • Provide oversight across engineers on the team, validating scoping, risk assessment, and breakdown of unknowns. • Support the growth of engineers at all levels through design guidance and mentorship. • Spot systemic risks and cross-goal dependencies early, before they turn into blockers. • Design, build, and maintain features across Angular, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL. • Improve DevOps and CI/CD infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. • Run rapid prototyping efforts to validate new ideas quickly, using AI tools and whatever tech fits the problem. • Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to turn goals into clear technical plans.
