• Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career growth conversations • Oversee end-to-end multi-client, multi-state payroll processing • Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, wage and tax law questions • Own quality and compliance, executing QC processes, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions • Manage capacity, workload, and utilization • Drive continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation • Partner with leadership, sales, and clients for onboarding and consulting

• Perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US • Handle employee relations issues, respond to employee questions and concerns • Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents • Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks • Engage with candidates conducting interviews on clients’ behalf • Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles • Maintain and handle all administrative tasks related to benefits

Full stop. We also offer part-time options and those come with benefits if you're working 20 hours! Our hours are M-F 8:30-5:00 EST with loads of flexibility. • Lead core accounting operations, from GL to AP/AR - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all financial activities so the business can make decisions with confidence • Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close , delivering reliable reports and insight that help our leadership team understand trends, performance, and opportunities • Guide revenue recognition and project accounting , ensuring we accurately track profitability and understand how time‑driven revenue affects our success as a professional services firm • Manage cash flow and treasury activities , from forecasting to payment cycles, helping us plan wisely and support healthy growth • Strengthen compliance and internal controls , partnering with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams to uphold accuracy and protect the organization • Collaborate with senior leadership in an EOS-driven environment , providing financial insight that influences pricing, strategy, and operational decisions across the company • Streamline and modernize systems , improving processes, evaluating tools, and introducing automation that reduces manual work and increases scalability

• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert for our team, providing coaching, guidance, and training to our team members • Oversee regular payroll processing activities for specific clients, collaborating with clients on payroll-related needs • Serve as a main contact for payroll information for audits, benefits census data, worker’s compensation reviews, etc. • Manage payroll compliance items such as year-end tasks, state-specific regulations, etc. • Assist with employee benefits administration, reporting, and payroll-related setup as needed • Manage payroll implementations, transitions, or other large-scale payroll-related projects • Work with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutions • Provide support for specialized payroll client projects • Build and run custom payroll reports • Conduct payroll audits

• Identifying and engaging prospects through cold calls, networking, and events • Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients • Fostering trust and likability with prospects, clients, and our internal team • Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads • Representing myHR Partner at occasional trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel) • Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment
