• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions and engagement • At first the team will produce the footage; your main focus is stitching and text overlays for 100+ concepts a week • Optimize pacing, hooks, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance • Deliver a high volume of creative assets with minimal revision cycles • Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to accelerate output and enhance creative quality • Create both AI-forward and AI-assisted realistic video content, continuously testing new workflows for performance improvements • Collaborate closely with Creative Director to interpret briefs and execute creative concepts effectively • Participate in creative meetings to provide input, reduce revision loops, and align on feedback
• Talking to service business owners every day • Understanding their business quickly: what they do, who they serve, where their funnel is leaking • Deciding who's a fit for Wonderly and who isn't • Communicating clearly what we do and what they should expect • Owning the customer's first experience with Wonderly • The work is high-volume and customer-facing • The decisions you make on each call have direct downstream effects on whether customers succeed
• Generalists to solve operational problems at Wonderly • Engage with service business owners to set up, analyze, and intervene as necessary • Clean up recruiting funnels, build internal tools, and fix data problems as needed
• Own the onboarding and early success of each customer • Launch and monitor ads, website, and funnel performance • Diagnose issues across the full funnel (ads, traffic, conversion, lead quality, customer behavior) • Identify where performance is breaking and take action • Work directly with customers to ensure they are following through on leads and processes • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product gaps or issues • Continuously improve how Wonderly performs across customers
