• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, addressing technical inquiries related to our software. • Triage, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions. • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize customer impact. • Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides. • Assist customers in understanding and utilizing platform features, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Develop consumer-centric and responsive web applications using modern technologies. • Identify and implement web-based user interactions that enhance usability and accessibility. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create high quality user interfaces. • Contribute to the design and implementation of backend software, APIs, and data pipelines. • Build reliable and scalable applications that leverage Cloud services e.g. GCP, AWS. • Write well-documented, tested code that adheres to best practices. • Follow agile development methodologies and fast iteration cycles.
• Design and implement deep learning models for 3D computer vision tasks, including object detection, segmentation, and depth estimation. • Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines encompassing data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. • Optimize models for real-time inference and deploy them using cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI. • Monitor deployed models, analyze performance metrics, and implement retraining strategies to ensure sustained accuracy and reliability. • Document methodologies, experiments, and findings; actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions. • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in machine learning and computer vision to inform model development.
• Research and identify solar companies that could benefit from Artemis • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to drive interest • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives • Maintain accurate records in CRM • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging • Test and refine outreach cadences based on results
