• Primary point of contact for an assigned geographical section or market specific account base • Provide product or service information relative to Altor’s product portfolio • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or replacements • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide regular reports
• Managing all aspects of the sales operations with the primary objective of ensuring sales revenues meet or exceed goals. • Spearheading the development of new sales pipelines, building processes to achieve revenue growth. • Managing the sales account managers and performance to sales plan objectives. • Delivering financial results to corporate targets with full P&L and balance sheet ownership. • Responsible for various aspects of contract negotiations, implementation, and communications.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly sales and profitability targets. • Prospecting new accounts while maintaining (and growing) existing customer business. • Developing trusting customer relationships through consistent sales efforts. • Making product presentations & training sessions to all targeted customers within the territory. • Developing key account plans for top accounts. • Maintaining profitability on existing accounts and improving margins where possible. • Participating in pipeline review meetings with sales team. • Completing & submitting monthly sales and opportunity reports.
