The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, and be flexible to work in various shifts to meet our clients' needs. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Windows System Admin role. - Microsoft Certification is a must. - Experience with Microsoft licensing and working with vendors in a support role. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex technical issues. Requirements - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset. - Critical thinking skills and the ability to provide empathetic customer support. - Positive and courteous demeanor with a service-oriented approach. - Openness to constructive criticism and learning from experience. - Flexibility to work in any shift, US Day Shift. - This is a full-time, permanent, and remote position. - Candidates must have a reliable power backup. - Must possess a well-maintained Laptop/Desktop with a minimum of 100 MBPS broadband internet connection.
