Role Description We are seeking a Christ-loving, compassionate, pro-life individual to support the Events Director with planning, coordinating, and executing ministry events. Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls. Report to: Event Strategy & Ops Manager (Remote) Location: Remote Qualifications - Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. - Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct. 100% pro-life. - Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn. - Proven experience in event planning or a related field preferred. - Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines, both individually and as a part of a team. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiations and contracts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, event management, and project management software (e.g., Asana, FundEasy, Cvent, Virtuous, and Excel). - Travel required - about 25%. Requirements - Lead event setup, show flow, and vendor coordination. - Oversee stage design, lighting, and run-of-show. - Manage contracts for venues, catering, security, and all other vendors used. - Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards. - Manage specific event projects end-to-end. - Maintain and update event databases, guest lists, and RSVP tracking. - Prepare event-related correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. - Support budget tracking by processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. - Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and troubleshooting as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. Role Description We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Manager of Written Communication to help support the creative team here at PreBorn!. The primary areas of responsibility will be writing & content creation, editorial strategy, and contractor management. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and expertise to be the written voice for Preborn!. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, the Manager of Written Communication will play a vital role in PreBorn!’s goal to communicate to all donors and clients. Qualifications - Agreement with and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Principles, with a strong desire to serve Jesus Christ through communications and storytelling. - Demonstrated ability to write compelling, donor-centered copy across multiple channels (fundraising appeals, blogs, web, and impact storytelling). - Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or creative vendors. - Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for consistency and tone. - Familiarity with non-profit fundraising communications is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and other healthcare technology a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Draft clear, persuasive fundraising appeals, donor emails, and impact updates. - Create and edit blog posts, website content, and digital storytelling pieces. - Develop written materials for special events, including scripts, remarks, and promotional copies. - Maintain a consistent organizational voice across all communication channels. - Manage an annual content calendar in alignment with fundraising and program goals. - Ensure all copy reflects the mission, values, and desired impact of the organization. - Recruit, assign, and oversee freelance writers, editors, and content specialists. - Review and edit contractor work to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality. - Manage project timelines and deliverables with external partners. - Partner with fundraising, marketing, and program teams to align written communications with organizational priorities. - Provide writing support for cross-departmental initiatives. - Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning. The Data Architect will design, build, and maintain PreBorn’s data architecture to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data systems that support fundraising, program impact reporting, operations, and leadership decision-making. The role will also steward the ministry’s data ecosystem by helping manage relationships with external vendors and partners. This role bridges technical execution with organizational strategy, ensuring data is accessible, trustworthy, and aligned with PreBorn’s mission. Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, including data models, schemas, and integration patterns Develop and document data standards, governance practices, and best practices Align data architecture with organizational goals, reporting needs, and growth plans Develop an annualized data roadmap aligned to ministry priorities Architect and manage integrations between CRM systems (e.g., donor management), financial systems, program databases, and third-party platforms Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability Support migration and modernization of legacy data systems when needed Partner with leadership, fundraising, program, and operations teams to understand reporting and analytics needs Enable dashboards and analytics tools by ensuring clean, well-structured data Support impact measurement, donor reporting, and compliance requirements Enable self-service analytics where appropriate Ensure data security, privacy, and access controls in accordance with best practices and applicable regulations Implement data quality monitoring and validation processes Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for data systems Document system changes, decisions, and issues Act as the primary escalation point for data issues Collaborate with developers, analysts, and external vendors Provide technical guidance and mentorship related to data architecture Translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders Translate organizational data needs into clear technical requirements for vendors and external partners Ensure vendor solutions integrate cleanly into the broader data architecture and do not create unnecessary technical debt
