Senior Controls System Engineer
MFCP - Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects—including quoting, design, build, testing, and commissioning—to ensure timely and successful execution. • Conduct thorough engineering reviews of project documents, bills of materials, and related content in accordance with internal process requirements. • Coordinate and support project management activities, particularly on large or complex projects. • Serve as the primary customer-facing engineer for assigned projects, as directed by the Engineering Manager. • Mentor and guide engineers and technicians by sharing knowledge and technical expertise related to assigned projects. • Develop complete system designs and supporting documentation that meet or exceed project requirements. • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support designs and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Use AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor for system design and documentation. • Utilize Vault to manage design files and maintain proper documentation structure for each project. • Create, source, and compile all documentation required to support project deliverables, including submittals.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age as driving is required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Strong understanding of electrical components and their principles of operation.
- Proficient in UL508A and UL698A panel design, including schematics and layout.
- Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC/HMI programming.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience with strong business acumen.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of engineering experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Willingness to complete company-assigned training to maintain technical competency and product knowledge.
- Knowledge of the industries MFCP serves is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of customers and team members in a professional manner.
- Leads with emotional intelligence—actively listens, communicates with clarity, and fosters a collaborative team environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to adopt new tools and systems.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents, including RFQs, POs, vendor quotes, drawings, and manuals.
- Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to apply sound reasoning to complex challenges.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies between internal systems, external payment providers, and actual cash received in bank accounts • Perform end-to-end analysis of the Sales-to-Cash process and validate source data, settlement files, financial postings, and bank transactions • Validate data against contractual terms and expected reconciliation logic • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of discrepancies and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders • Work with large datasets, build and optimize queries, and perform structured data audits to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy across systems • Support finance stakeholders by explaining discrepancies, improving transparency of data flows, and ensuring correct usage of reports and tools • Contribute to data process improvements and system integration initiatives across revenue-related workflows
• Planning and implementation of network solutions for our clients • Analysis of existing environments and identification of weaknesses • Development of architecture and design concepts • Implementation and support through to commissioning (go-live) • Documentation of solutions and handover to IT operations (IT-OPS) • Providing technical input for presales activities
• Technical implementation and rollout of Citrix infrastructures at client sites • Configuration and go-live of Citrix solutions (e.g., image management, FSLogix) • 3rd-level troubleshooting and fault analysis for incidents or performance issues • Documentation of environments for clients and the team • Collaboration with senior engineers and consultants on complex Citrix projects
