Role Description We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented substance abuse professional who is passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates integrity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while delivering evidence-based care. Qualifications - Current Illinois IDHS license as a Substance Abuse Professional (e.g., CADC, LSW, LPC, or equivalent). - SAP-DOT qualification required. - Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field preferred. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience providing substance use counseling or related behavioral-health services. - Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis-management skills. - Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards. Role Description Certified Anger Management Specialists (CAMS) are independent contractors who facilitate classes and support our franchise owners with their clientele. CAMS have the flexibility to create their own schedules and contribute as available. Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Domestic Violence Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence, along with a proven ability to facilitate group sessions and individual counseling effectively. As a Domestic Violence Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in providing participants with the tools and insights necessary to foster personal responsibility and promote healthier relationships. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with individuals affected by domestic violence, preferably in a facilitative or therapeutic capacity. - 40-hour domestic violence training. - Certification or training in domestic violence prevention and intervention, specifically in Partner Abuse Intervention Programs (PAIP) or Batterers Intervention Prevention Program (BIPP) preferred. - Strong understanding of domestic violence issues, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. - Proven ability to facilitate group discussions and manage group dynamics effectively. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field of domestic violence intervention. This role is crucial in providing guidance, support, and encouragement to at-risk youth involved in the probation system.
